We need a Refund/Waive OFF Charge Because we were not aware that Amazon wouldn't deduct the money from our account. And we can't pay/afford that. Kindly waive the charges or ask AWS they compensate you with the credits from our account.

What do you like best about the product?
Ubuntu is reliable and secure for WordPress and very easy to install and configure. We can enable a system level firewall (UFW) in Ubuntu to make our server instances more secure. WordPress provides many plug-ins to create pages and sites. We can customize thems and widgets and menu bars as we like. WordPress cron jobs scripts work well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any issues with running WordPress on an Ubuntu server.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Configuration and performance. WordPress provides many plugins to avoid coding.

What do you like best about the product?
WordPress is a free tool to create customized web site and web pages. In the Ubuntu server, you can configure it easily with the apt command. it works well with Mysql and MariaDb. Server performance is good didn't face any downtimes and performance is also good. WordPress has many plugins which we can use for the customization of our web pages and we can use our custom code to create pages. and it is very easy to create pages

not many things I dislike and they need to improve security vulnerabilities and improve graphics for page design.
