Once the instance is running, connect to it using a Secure Shell (SSH) client with the configured SSH key. The default username is 'ec2-user'.
OS commands via SSH: SSH as user 'centos' to the running instance and use sudo to run commands requiring root access.
Run docker test with:
sudo docker run hello-world

What is our primary use case?
The use case for Docker on Amazon 2023 is when you have an application and need to containerize it. You can create a Dockerfile, which is a file with instructions about what you need for your container. If you need a specific operating system to run your application, in the Dockerfile you can put the operating system that you can use in your container.
Principally, we are running microservices with Java, using the Spring Boot framework with Docker on Amazon 2023.
What is most valuable?
In my opinion, one of the best features with Docker on Amazon 2023 is that it's easy for transport; you can use your application on other operating systems. If you always have the container runtime, you can use your application at all times on each computer.
By each computer, this means on each operating system.
What needs improvement?
They could incorporate AI for researching vulnerabilities and for the resolution of the vulnerabilities.
