What do I get for the hourly rate on each instance type dimension?
Each dimension covers the supported Fedora software running on one AWS EC2 instance of that type. The rate reflects the software licence for that instance size and family. You choose the instance type at launch, and one running instance is billed per hour.
Am I charged when my instance is stopped or powered off?
The hourly software fee applies only while an instance runs. A stopped or powered-off instance stops accruing this software charge. AWS may still bill separately for attached storage or other infrastructure while the instance is stopped, but the software fee meters running hours only.
Is this pay-as-you-go, or do I commit to a term?
This is usage-based, pay-as-you-go billing. You pay per running instance-hour with no upfront commitment and no fixed term. Costs rise and fall with the hours you run and the instance types you choose. You can stop running instances at any time to stop the software charges.

The best part of Fedora is its a very big and advance solution for all the needs of technical support, The support provided by Fedora is useful for majorly all the developers

The development of application using the Fedora plugin sometime shows minor conflict and those conflicts are hard to manage with real application, But its a very supportive tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Usualy I prefer to use developer tools when my client request for that, But yes the development using this Operating System is Best because of a huge community support

Although Fedora is not the most useful Linux-based operating system, it is pretty simple to install. There are also no large installation iso files.
