What do you like best about the product?
The ability to create diagrams with nice shapes and the smooth editing functionality of Lucidchart convinced us to adopt the solution and quickly transferred over to a paid tier that better suited our diagramming needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have been using Lucidchart for close to 3 years and I can’t remember anything that disappointed me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I’ve had a great experience using Lucidchart for creating diagrams that are very useful for technical discussions and turning customer requirements into clear visual documentation.

What do you like best about the product?
The interface is intuitive so I got started quickly without much of a learning curve and it provides plenty of shapes and icons that helps create diagrams quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Perhaps it could be a bit faster when accessing large sized process diagrams.

It makes it easy to create client onboarding flowcharts that helps visualize the client acquisition process and align on client service ideas quickly.

What do you like best about the product?
Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite facilitates a shared understanding basis via one visual source of truth which reduce misinterpretation between engineering, design and product.
What do you dislike about the product?
Even though I access L.Spark and L.Chart separately, I barely record zero errors apart additional time spent swapping apps.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sitemaps and flowcharts in Lucidchart allows me to map user flows, data architect and decision paths that help pinpoint bottlenecks automatically.

What do you like best about the product?
It is extremely easy to create flowcharts with the AI assistance in a way that I understand fully and exporting is also easy if I need to transfer the diagrams to other platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the free version of the platform could include a little bit more icons and shapes.

It provides wide range of detailed icons and allows us to leverage templates that make it easy to visualize complex architectures in a clear way.

I can’t complain since I achieve what I yearn for with Lucidchart on my end.
