What do you like best about the product?
How Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite pairs intelligent diagraming and virtual whiteboarding on one cloud-based Program is what I ❤️ most since it eradicates need for external systems integrations and app swapping.
What do you dislike about the product?
I use criss-channel process maps on LVCS on a daily basis and I rarely face any bugs.

Lucidchart provided us an intuitive platform for creating organized workflows and swimlane diagrams with AI assisted design and wide array of shapes and icons.

Did not encounter any major problems so far although some advanced features are available only with the paid plans.

I found it to be very helpful in building out an organizational phone chart to assist us in managing our company phone system more efficiently.

What do you like best about the product?
LVCS is very easy to use with a clean UI and good collection of templates for fast diagramming and I like that it quickly exports a quality PDF, PNG or SVG.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven’t encountered any major challenges so I don’t have anything to dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's very easy for me to create easy-to-read flow charts that enable me to visually show my team how I’m going to set up their network and access to shared resources.

What do you like best about the product?
The drag and drop interface makes creating diagrams simple and fast and it has a helpful workspace to combine multiple charts without switching between platforms or browser bookmarks.
What do you dislike about the product?
The most useful features require a subscription to use but still appear on the UI in the free version.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has made my system administration work easier by giving me the possibility to design server architecture diagrams in a perfectly visual manner.

What do you like best about the product?
I used Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite to create swim lane diagrams and I found it to be an intuitive and effective tool for visualizing complex workflows.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the fact that there is no simple Undo or Revert changes at least from what I could find.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is the most seamless in spinning up process flowcharts and organizational structure diagrams illustrating authority and reporting lines within our organization.
