What do you like best about the product?
The ease of utilizing the tool for creating interactive organizational charts was beyond easy and I found it remarkable that it provides all the shapes, icons and connectors needed to build different types of diagrams.
What do you dislike about the product?
We were excited to see how the AI feature could help but it needs to be more refined to produce outputs that are desired.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The flowchart builder clearly offers a high level of customization and specificity that allows efficient creation of organization charts mapping reporting and communication lines for our general management department.

What do you like best about the product?
The drag and drop interface and flexible canvas allows us to quickly create and customize the diagrams to our own preferences and it allows us to export the documents as PDF, PNG, and SVG which makes it easier to share flowcharts with internal teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform has a really comprehensive set of features when it comes to creating charts and diagrams with no issues to highlight whatsoever.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes creating diagrams and visual workflows straightforward helping turn complex concepts into clear visuals that are easy for others to understand.

The combination of Lucidchart and Lucidspark offers advanced diagramming capabilities that make it easy to turn a complicated process into a visual diagram that other people can understand.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much that I dislike the functionality is great but I wish it allowed exporting of our own icon libraries that we create.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes it easy to build professional-looking flowcharts without needing design experience which helps to explain workflows as the visual clarity it provides allows people to understand processes.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to quickly click and change flowcharts; create, copy, paste, modify - is SUPER helpful when you are generating a lot of processes for ISO, or other standardized processes. UI is super easy to learn, takes maybe 5 mins of messing around.
The AI add on is also super helpful for complex processes - if nothing else it generates big templates and then you can go back and get specific with info.

The AI can go in wildly different directions each time you ask it - even if you ask it exactly the same.
