What do you like best about the product?
The software is very easy to use and is useful for engineering diagrams since it seamlessly supports different symbols, colors, etc which helps make diagramming more detailed.
What do you dislike about the product?
The MCP integration could probably be improved. When using Lucid with Cursor it seems that I need to keep reauthorizing the MCP and the reason is not clear why this is necessary. Maybe the settings could be persisted or more information could be provided why reauthorization is needed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it extensively for diagramming engineering flows and design and it helps for the team to better understand frameworks and systems they may not be familiar with. It is used extensively for planning, design, and architecture.

What do you like best about the product?
The UI is easy to use to find the tools. It's responsive no lag. Onboarding was quick and easy to setup.
What do you dislike about the product?
A tutorial or hints page that is more easily accessible to help with functions. As it can be overwhelming to figure out what to do. It's hard to find.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We struggled with picturing the workflow , but with Lucid we were able to see the relationships of the flow diagram.

The collaboration feature is seamless and impressive. I love being able to work on something, step away, and then come back to see what changes my colleagues have made.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the buttons are hard to find, but it will just take some getting used to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us manage our company’s dynamic, complicated org chart, and it’s also useful for keeping our seating chart up to date.
