What do you like best about the product?
I like that it's really user friendly and enables easy collaboration brainstorming with teams with different backgrounds and the ability to create digestible flowcharts to documents various processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price is a bit high otherwise it makes my life easier by allowing me to engage customers in the creation and ideation processes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's drawing tools are powerful and effective, allowing me to transform my ideas into workable project diagrams by visualizing them through mind maps and images.

What do you like best about the product?
The intuitive drag-and-drop experience makes it easy for me to create professional flowcharts and it allows me to embed the charts into Google Slides to maintain a consistent reference point for our organizational structure charts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lucidchart is complete and since I began to use it I can’t think of anything negative about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps create board reporting structure diagrams visually mapping reporting lines and clarifying our organization’s governance arrangements.

Lucidchart is exceptionally good in creating diagrams with very broad variety of templates and stencils that make it super simple to draw architecture diagrams.
What do you dislike about the product?
Improve on the ability to resize text boxes fluidly to match others in the same diagram.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucidchart provided a simple way to draw our AWS architecture that helped in identifying application groups and made it easier to visually spot exposed resources.

What do you like best about the product?
Lucidchart provides robust diagram design templates which are so useful to get started with and I like that I can easily drag and drop shapes and icons and connect them with arrows to quickly create marketing campaign workflow flowcharts.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great if the AI could be better in aligning elements to make it easier when I need to re-arrange the flowchart.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This platform helped us in marketing campaign workflow flowcharts visually representing different stages of a marketing campaign which makes the entire campaign easier to manage from start to finish.

What do you like best about the product?
Lucidchart is really user-friendly and makes it really easy to create network and architecture diagrams with the simple drag and drop functionality and built-in templates.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish there were more features in the free version since it limits you to a maximum of 60 active shapes per document.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucidchart allows us to create architecture diagrams to document the network environment and provides a clear reference when demonstrating where security controls are implemented.
