To adjust the number of seats beyond this bundle, you work with the vendor on custom terms.

What counts as one Enterprise License for billing purposes?
Each license maps to one paid member. A member consumes a paid seat and has full access to create their own boards and content. Guests and visitors do not consume a paid seat: guests need a free account and get limited access, while visitors join boards through a shared public link.
What happens if I add or remove members during the term?
Adding a member mid-cycle is prorated, so you pay only for the days remaining in your billing period. Removing a member takes effect at renewal, not immediately. To reduce seats, make the change before your renewal date.
How do AI credits work under this Enterprise license bundle?
Credits power the AI suite and are pooled across your organization, consumed per AI action. The credit count scales with your seat count. Credits reset monthly and do not roll over. Admins can monitor usage. If you need more, additional credit packages are available for purchase.

What do you like best about the product?
I mainly use Miro for planning and organizing community events, workshops, and collaborative sessions. What I like most is the flexibility of the canvas. I can use it differently depending on what I'm working on sometimes for brainstorming, sometimes for planning an event or workshop, and sometimes just to organize ideas visually. The templates are also useful because they give me a starting point instead of having to build everything from scratch. I also like being able to share a board with other organizers and work on the same thing together. For me, the biggest benefit is that it feels more natural for visual planning than a normal document or spreadsheet. The initial setup was pretty easy for me, and creating my first boards and using templates was straightforward.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main issue for me is that boards can get cluttered when there's a lot of information. It can take some time to organize everything clearly, especially for larger events. I would also like a simpler experience for new users so they can understand the main features faster. For larger boards, better organization or navigation options would help keep things easy to follow. For new users, a simpler onboarding experience with a quick guide to the main tools would make it easier to get started without feeling overwhelmed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro keeps my event and workshop planning organized, centralizing ideas and notes. It's flexible for brainstorming, planning, and visual organization. Collaboration on the same board is easier, and templates give me a head start, making it feel more natural than documents or spreadsheets.

What do you like best about the product?
Miro works well for turning complex system discussions into a visual flow that the engineering team can review together. I have used it to map an end-to-end order and payment flow, covering checkout, inventory, pricing, payment, order creation, events, fulfillment, notifications, and analytics. The ability to keep the main architecture, failure scenarios, and supporting decisions on the same board makes technical discussions much easier to follow.
What do you dislike about the product?
Large technical boards can become difficult to navigate once multiple architecture diagrams, scenarios, and notes are added. Keeping related sections consistently organized takes some manual effort, especially when the board grows during an ongoing design discussion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro gives the team a shared visual space for working through system architecture and edge cases before implementation. For example, mapping payment-timeout scenarios and discussing concerns such as duplicate charges, idempotency, payment state, and asynchronous reconciliation makes potential failure points easier to identify early. This gives engineering discussions a clearer structure and leaves behind a useful reference for implementation and review.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can explore a technical idea without committing to code too early. For example, when working on AI based products, I can visually connect the data source, processing steps, retrieval layer, and final user experience.
Being able to move things around as the idea changes makes early stage design much easier to do.
What do you dislike about the product?
The freedom is great, but it can also make a board too loose. When I use it for a technical system with several components, I sometimes end up with a lot of connected sections that need manual cleanup. A better way to automatically organise related elements or collapse complex areas would make technical boards better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One problem it solves for me is the gap between having a technical idea and being able to explain it clearly. With projects involving document intelligence or AI generated responses, there are usually many steps that are difficult to communicate through plain text alone. Miro helps me lay out that logic visually which makes design discussions and revisions much easier.

What do you like best about the product?
The part I like most is the freedom to work visually without having to decide on a rigid format first. For research heavy projects, I can put observations, user needs, diagrams and possible solutions next to each other and see how they connect. It makes complex discussions much easier to follow especially when people from different backgrounds are involved.
What do you dislike about the product?
Miro works really well for open ended work, but that flexibility can also become a problem. As a board grows over time, it is easy to end up with too many sections and lose the original structure. A stronger way to keep large boards tidy without spending extra time reorganising them would help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A lot of my project work involves bringing research, technical thinking and different stakeholder viewpoints together. Miro gives me one place to lay all of that out and make the connections visible. It is particularly useful when a problem is still being defined because I can explore different ideas before committing to a final direction.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Miro is how it turns collaboration into a visual, interactive experience. I can use boards for brainstorming, workshops, planning, user journeys, retrospectives, and presentations without switching between multiple tools. The infinite canvas, templates, sticky notes, diagrams, voting, and real-time collaboration make it easy to move from ideas to structured outcomes. I especially value how quickly I can organize complex discussions visually and keep everyone engaged, whether the team is working remotely or in the same room.
What do you dislike about the product?
One area I find challenging is that Miro can feel overwhelming when a board becomes very large or contains many elements. Navigating and organizing complex boards can sometimes take extra effort, and performance may occasionally slow down when working with highly detailed boards or multiple collaborators. I also think some advanced features could be easier to discover for new users. A more streamlined experience for large boards, clearer organization of advanced tools, and improved performance would make Miro even easier to use at scale.

Miro helps me solve the challenge of bringing ideas, people, and workflows into one shared visual space. Instead of relying on scattered documents, chats, and static presentations, I can use a single board to brainstorm, plan workshops, map user journeys, organize projects, and turn discussions into clear next steps.
