    Dimensions summary

This listing offers one pricing dimension: a bundle of 50 Miro Enterprise Licenses. Pricing is contract-based and scales by the number of user licenses you buy, with each license assigned to one paid member. Members get full access to create boards and content. This Enterprise offering is built for larger organizations that need security, governance, and administration controls at scale. To adjust the number of seats beyond this bundle, you work with the vendor on custom terms.

    Top-of-mind questions for buyers

Each license maps to one paid member. A member consumes a paid seat and has full access to create their own boards and content. Guests and visitors do not consume a paid seat: guests need a free account and get limited access, while visitors join boards through a shared public link.
Adding a member mid-cycle is prorated, so you pay only for the days remaining in your billing period. Removing a member takes effect at renewal, not immediately. To reduce seats, make the change before your renewal date.
Credits power the AI suite and are pooled across your organization, consumed per AI action. The credit count scales with your seat count. Credits reset monthly and do not roll over. Admins can monitor usage. If you need more, additional credit packages are available for purchase.

Fluid UI, Powerful Real-Time Collaboration, and Time-Saving Miro Assist

    Reviewed on Aug 17, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
WThe biggest value for me comes from the fluidity of the UI/UX and the real-time multiplayer capabilities. The intuitive drag-and-drop canvas and smart snapping allow me to quickly build clean, structured sprint planning boards, system architecture diagrams, and user flowcharts in minutes rather than hours. During live workshops, facilitation tools like the built-in timer, dot voting, and private mode keep sessions highly structured and eliminate groupthink.

On the AI & Intelligence front, Miro Assist has noticeably streamlined post-workshop administrative cleanup; automatically clustering hundreds of brainstorming sticky notes by topic or sentiment and summarizing entire boards saves me at least an hour of synthesis per session. An unexpected benefit has been how smoothly the platform handles integrations—pulling live Jira issues and GitHub cards directly onto the board and syncing updates bidirectionally bridges the gap between visual planning and actual sprint execution. Furthermore, the community-driven Miroverse templates and guided starter tutorials made team onboarding effortless, allowing even non-technical stakeholders to contribute on day one without hand-holding.momentum.
What do you dislike about the product?
When it comes to performance, boards that accumulate heavy visual assets—such as dozens of embedded Figma prototypes, high-resolution PDFs, and extensive vector maps—can occasionally experience slight frame drops or slower initial loading on lower-spec hardware. From an onboarding and UX standpoint, while basic navigation and sticky notes are immediately accessible, managing granular object permissions, complex frame hierarchies, and advanced keyboard shortcuts requires a modest learning curve for newer collaborators. Additionally, vector PDF export options can sometimes be finicky with font scaling and formatting if frames aren't configured with exact boundary ratios beforehand.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro solves the problem of fractured documentation, scattered communication channels, and unproductive alignment meetings. Instead of toggling between disparate slide decks, static documents, and chat threads, our cross-functional team (developers, designers, and product leads) shares a single, living source of truth.

From an ROI and productivity perspective, it has dramatically cut down meeting overhead and shortened our ideation-to-development cycle. Running asynchronous walkthroughs via Talktrack and centralizing architecture mapping directly inside the canvas has reduced redundant catch-ups and accelerated sign-offs across complex, multi-stakeholder projects.

Visual Clarity and Ease in Project Management

    Reviewed on Aug 17, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
I find Miro simple to use, clear, and easy to edit, which is great for project management. The visual aspect is very appealing and aids in understanding complex processes. We use the ticket/sticky note format, which is really clear for anyone to look at a project board and understand the status and next steps quickly. Setting up Miro was very easy; we established some templates and trained quickly, making the transition smooth.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find that the Excel integration could be better. I would find it valuable to link and edit Excel sheets directly on a Miro board.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We find Miro improves long-term project management visibility and helps us plan effectively for the immediate 3-4 weeks.

Speedy Discovery and Feedback with Powerful AI

    Reviewed on Aug 17, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
I really love the new AI features in Miro. They make my work a lot faster, especially during the product discovery phase, by helping me summarize and consolidate feedback efficiently. I appreciate how the AI can draw out key themes and suggest solutions, and it remembers what I've told it as I move on in my workflow. The easy-to-use interface and templates are also great, as they help bring my thoughts into one place and make it easier to share feedback with stakeholders and developers. Additionally, the tools for running meetings and using timers are extremely valuable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at this stage feature wise, everything works. I think sometimes it can be very slow. It consumes a lot of memory, so it does tend to be slow. And it lags sometimes, not all the time. So maybe that could be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps me consolidate findings from stakeholders and clients, speeding up my product discovery phase. I love the AI features for summarizing and brainstorming, making it easy to draw key themes and suggest solutions. It's easy to set up and integrates well with other tools.
