Each license maps to one paid member. A member consumes a paid seat and has full access to create their own boards and content. Guests and visitors do not consume a paid seat: guests need a free account and get limited access, while visitors join boards through a shared public link.
Adding a member mid-cycle is prorated, so you pay only for the days remaining in your billing period. Removing a member takes effect at renewal, not immediately. To reduce seats, make the change before your renewal date.
Credits power the AI suite and are pooled across your organization, consumed per AI action. The credit count scales with your seat count. Credits reset monthly and do not roll over. Admins can monitor usage. If you need more, additional credit packages are available for purchase.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Miro for conducting interactive workshops, brainstorming, and visualizing ideas, which makes sessions truly interactive and engaging. I love how Miro helps keep workshops collaborative in real time, allowing everyone to share ideas easily. The interactive features like sticky notes, live collaboration, templates, and Miro AI really work well in making participation easy. I also appreciate that Miro's setup was quite easy, letting me start creating interactive activities right away. Switching from PowerPoint and Google Slides has been great because Miro offers a much more interactive and collaborative experience, which I value the most.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think one area that could be improved in Miro is performance and ease of navigation, especially when working with very large boards. It would be great if large boards could be faster and easier to navigate during sessions with many participants.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro to keep workshops interactive and collaborative, facilitating real-time idea sharing and participation, making brainstorming and visual collaborations engaging and effortless.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy-to-use collaborative whiteboard real-time collaboration is smooth it provides Lots of templates for projects, flowcharts, mind maps, and planning
What do you dislike about the product?
The main thing I dislike about Miro is that it can feel overwhelming for beginners because there are so many tools and features. Large boards can also become difficult to navigate, especially when there is a lot of content. Some useful features are limited to paid plans, which can be a drawback for students and small teams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro solves the problem of organizing ideas and collaborating with others in one place. It makes brainstorming, creating flowcharts, planning projects, and sharing ideas much easier than using separate tools. For me, it is especially useful for planning college projects because I can visually organize the problem, features, workflow, and overall project structure.

What do you like best about the product?
As a developer and marketing strategist, I’m constantly juggling wireframes, user flows, and team alignment, and Miro handles all three without forcing me to use a separate tool for each one.
The drag-and-drop wireframing is fast and intuitive, but the real game changer for me is Miro’s AI assistant, Sidekick. I tell it what I need, and it builds the board structure for me, so I can focus on refining instead of starting from scratch. That alone saves me a ton of setup time before every team meeting.
Miro also feels different in interactive meetings. Everyone is on the same canvas in real time, which means decisions get made during the meeting, not after.

The AI capabilities are useful, but they still feel like they have room to grow. Sidekick is a solid foundation, and I’d love to see it handle more complex prompts and deliver sharper outputs over time. That said, the overall user experience is smooth, so it doesn’t really get in the way of getting work done.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prior to Miro, working across development and marketing required switching between tools all the time – one for wireframing, another for flowcharts, and something else entirely for team discussions. Ideas were lost in translation between tools and follow-up threads.
Miro put it all on one canvas. Now my team aligns, builds and decides in the same place, which has cut down noticeably on the back-and-forth after every meeting and made the hand-off between design thinking and execution much cleaner.

What do you like best about the product?
- It's easy to work with colleagues in Miro workshops even if they don't use it on a daily basis and it's also easy to grant appropriate access even to external participants with whom we want to collaborate on certain boards.
- We're still experimenting with it ourselves: but when used together Claude with the Miro MCP server, it makes it easier to review certain materials with colleagues from different departments.
- I'm quite satisfied with all the features: cursor, pan and zoom, I rarely have loading issues.
- Moneywise in our company it is a good option to have, since some other competitor's pricing are getting too high recently.
- Some of the example canvases were like onboarding/representing some of the features and capabilities: I really like them, useful to use them as a base in some of the workshops.
- I have only tried AI earlier (few months ago) in Miro, but it wasn't useful to me tbh.

There are many fellow engineers who use visual tools with very limited or reduced capabilities. Because of this, it was difficult to follow some of their lines of thought: Miro has saved us a significant amount of time here, as it’s easy to learn how to use and quickly provides a record, even in the long term of the context in which they were thinking about certain things at that.
