NinjaOne is the unified IT operations platform that helps IT teams and managed service providers manage, secure, and support every endpoint from a single cloud-native console. Nearly 40,000 customers across 140+ countries use NinjaOne to replace fragmented point tools with one platform built to scale.
The platform brings together the core work of modern IT operations: endpoint management, autonomous patch management, vulnerability management, endpoint and SaaS backup, remote access, and IT service desk. Teams monitor and control Windows, macOS, Linux, mobile, and virtual devices in one place, automate routine work with policy-based automation and human-centered AI, and cut the cost and risk that come from running many disconnected tools.
NinjaOne serves internal IT teams and MSPs alike, from lean IT departments to mid-market and large enterprise organizations managing distributed, multi-site environments. Common uses include consolidating IT tooling, automating patching for security and compliance, managing distributed and hybrid workforces, improving endpoint visibility, and strengthening backup and ransomware readiness.
NinjaOne has maintained a 98 percent customer satisfaction score for more than five years, backed by free unlimited onboarding and 24/7 support in seven languages. Organizations that move to NinjaOne report replacing four or more separate tools with the single platform.
NinjaOne is FedRAMP Moderate Authorized and SOC 2 Type II and Type III compliant, and supports audit-ready compliance evidence across frameworks including CMMC, ISO 27001, and HIPAA.
The mission behind the platform is simple: unify IT to simplify work, giving IT teams better tools and employees a great technology experience at work.

You buy this platform per device for a 12-month term. Pricing scales with the number of endpoints you enroll. The core management tiers build on each other: Ninja Advanced covers monitoring, patching, deployment, and automation; Advanced Pro adds remote access. Ninja Enterprise adds integrations and user provisioning, and Enterprise Pro adds remote access on top. A Pro Bundle is also offered. Separate per-device options let you add data protection for workstations or servers, pooled cloud storage in 1TB units, and mobile device management in Core or Pro (with remote access) editions.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as one device for per-device billing?
A device is any endpoint the agent installs on, such as a Windows or macOS desktop, laptop, or a Microsoft Server. Each virtual machine or networking device counts as one device. Mobile devices under MDM count as one device each. You pay per enrolled device for the 12-month term.
How do the management tiers differ from the add-on options like data protection and cloud storage?
The management tiers (Advanced, Advanced Pro, Enterprise, Enterprise Pro) bill per device per year and set your core feature level. Data Protection for Workstations or Servers, Cloud Storage in 1TB units, and MDM editions bill separately per device per year. Charges combine on one invoice; you only pay for options you add.
Does the cost per device change as I enroll more endpoints?
Yes. Pricing uses a tiered model with volume discounts. The more devices you deploy the agent to, the lower the per-device cost. Enrolling additional endpoints can move you into a lower per-device rate. Rates also vary by region and the products purchased.

Excellent Performance, Integrations, and Outstanding Non-Profit Pricing

What do you like best about the product?
Their products (Ninja Advanced Pro, Ninja Data Protection Server, Ninja Data Protection Workstation, SaaS Backup and Ninja MDM MacOS) have been excellent to help us keep with user on-boarding and support in terms of performance and integrations. They've treated us as partners. Their prices for non-profits are outstanding.
What do you dislike about the product?
The user interface is a bit outdated. It may need a refresh.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Simplified user support and device updates (including Macs) for our small team that allow us to perform value added activities. We struggled with backups for our systems and Ninja provided solutions at a right price.

PXE Imaging and New PC Automation That Dramatically Speeds Up Deployment
Reviewed on Aug 04, 2026
Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
My absolute favorite feature is the imaging with PXE boot. I have coupled that with a "new pc" automation script to add our break glass admin, name the PC, and add it to the appropriate OU. This has significantly reduce our time from box to user on new machines
What do you dislike about the product?
This is a difficult question to answer because there really isn't anything. The only thing I could maybe point to was adding apps to Apple devices when integrated with Apple Business Manager but it is honestly 100% on the Apple side, not Ninja. Any MDM will encounter the same frustrations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Patching. We were previously paying a vendor to patch our Windows machines with very little insight and control. We now have full control over what is and is not patched and when. Because of the parameters available for automatic approval we have had very little increased time for maintaining this system.

Love the back stage area and to be able to use the system account in CMD. Thats great.

So far, so good. Ive not had any issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its allowing us remote access and patch management to our devices. We've never had an issue with it, so not having to troubleshoot our tools allows us more time to troubleshoot the real issues our users are having.
