NinjaOne is the unified IT operations platform that helps IT teams and managed service providers manage, secure, and support every endpoint from a single cloud-native console. Nearly 40,000 customers across 140+ countries use NinjaOne to replace fragmented point tools with one platform built to scale.
The platform brings together the core work of modern IT operations: endpoint management, autonomous patch management, vulnerability management, endpoint and SaaS backup, remote access, and IT service desk. Teams monitor and control Windows, macOS, Linux, mobile, and virtual devices in one place, automate routine work with policy-based automation and human-centered AI, and cut the cost and risk that come from running many disconnected tools.
NinjaOne serves internal IT teams and MSPs alike, from lean IT departments to mid-market and large enterprise organizations managing distributed, multi-site environments. Common uses include consolidating IT tooling, automating patching for security and compliance, managing distributed and hybrid workforces, improving endpoint visibility, and strengthening backup and ransomware readiness.
NinjaOne has maintained a 98 percent customer satisfaction score for more than five years, backed by free unlimited onboarding and 24/7 support in seven languages. Organizations that move to NinjaOne report replacing four or more separate tools with the single platform.
NinjaOne is FedRAMP Moderate Authorized and SOC 2 Type II and Type III compliant, and supports audit-ready compliance evidence across frameworks including CMMC, ISO 27001, and HIPAA.

You buy this platform per device for a 12-month term. Pricing scales with the number of endpoints you enroll. The core management tiers build on each other: Ninja Advanced covers monitoring, patching, deployment, and automation; Advanced Pro adds remote access. Ninja Enterprise adds integrations and user provisioning, and Enterprise Pro adds remote access on top. A Pro Bundle is also offered. Separate per-device options let you add data protection for workstations or servers, pooled cloud storage in 1TB units, and mobile device management in Core or Pro (with remote access) editions.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as one device for per-device billing?
A device is any endpoint the agent installs on, such as a Windows or macOS desktop, laptop, or a Microsoft Server. Each virtual machine or networking device counts as one device. Mobile devices under MDM count as one device each. You pay per enrolled device for the 12-month term.
How do the management tiers differ from the add-on options like data protection and cloud storage?
The management tiers (Advanced, Advanced Pro, Enterprise, Enterprise Pro) bill per device per year and set your core feature level. Data Protection for Workstations or Servers, Cloud Storage in 1TB units, and MDM editions bill separately per device per year. Charges combine on one invoice; you only pay for options you add.
Does the cost per device change as I enroll more endpoints?
Yes. Pricing uses a tiered model with volume discounts. The more devices you deploy the agent to, the lower the per-device cost. Enrolling additional endpoints can move you into a lower per-device rate. Rates also vary by region and the products purchased.

Powerful Endpoint Management and Automation Platform
Reviewed on Sep 01, 2026
Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about NinjaOne is how it combines monitoring, remote access, patch management, and automation into a single platform. The automation features have reduced repetitive administrative work and improved response times, while the real-time alerts help us identify and resolve issues before they become major problems. The platform is intuitive, performs well, and has become a key part of our service delivery workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is very little to dislike about NinjaOne, but some areas could benefit from improvement. Custom reporting could be more flexible, and certain administrative tasks require navigating multiple screens. Additional AI-assisted troubleshooting, smarter alert prioritisation, and expanded automation templates would help reduce manual effort even further.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before implementing NinjaOne, managing endpoints, patching, monitoring, and remote support required multiple tools and more manual effort. NinjaOne has helped centralise these functions into a single platform, giving us greater visibility and control over managed devices. Real-time monitoring and proactive alerts allow us to identify and resolve issues before they affect end users, while automation reduces repetitive administrative tasks and improves response times. This has increased operational efficiency, reduced downtime, and enabled our team to provide faster and more consistent support across our environment.

NinjaOne Makes Endpoint Management and Remote Support Effortless
Reviewed on Sep 01, 2026
Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about NinjaOne is how easy it is to manage endpoints and provide remote support from a single console. The remote access tools are reliable, device information is presented clearly, and the built-in automation helps reduce repetitive administrative tasks. As an MSP engineer, I also find the alerting and monitoring features useful for identifying issues before users report them, which helps improve response times and overall service delivery. Compared to the value it provides, I feel NinjaOne is competitively priced. Having remote access, monitoring, patch management, software deployment, and automation in a single platform reduces the need for multiple tools and simplifies day-to-day operations. The time saved through automation and proactive monitoring alone helps justify the investment. While there are some areas that could be improved, particularly around reporting and customisation, the overall value for money has been very good for our team.
What do you dislike about the product?
While NinjaOne is generally easy to use, some areas of the platform can feel less polished than others. Reporting could be more flexible, especially when creating custom reports for different clients. Occasionally, certain settings or policies can be difficult to locate without navigating through multiple menus, and the mobile experience is not as strong as the desktop interface. The platform continues to improve, but there are still opportunities to enhance customisation and provide deeper reporting capabilities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne helps us solve the challenge of managing and supporting a large number of endpoints efficiently, especially across multiple clients and locations. Instead of relying on several different tools, we can monitor device health, deploy software, manage patches, and provide remote support from a single platform. This reduces the time spent on routine administration, helps us identify issues before they impact users, and allows us to resolve support requests more quickly. The result is improved productivity for the IT team, less downtime for end users, and a more proactive approach to IT support.

What do you like best about the product?
NinjaOne helps keep our client's endpoints patched and provides easy access & high visibility to their inventory.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's hard to come up with something I don't like - maybe an improved QuickConnect agent that would allow for unattended remote support. But what do you really expect for a free add-on?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Microsoft and 3rd party app patching.

Easy-to-Use, Affordable RMM with Effortless Automated Installs and Updates
Reviewed on Aug 25, 2026
Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
NinjaOne RMM provides an easy-to-use UI at a very reasonable price. The automatic software installs and updates offer an extraordinary level of convenience for me as the sole IT person at my firm and cuts down onboarding time significantly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only issues I've had pertain to misreporting of reboot needed which requires some registry fix, otherwise it works perfectly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne first and foremost, solves the issue of missed security updates. I use it to implement weekly reboots which has resulted in a significant drop in driver-related tickets, like audio issues. It also allowed me to automatically install the most up to date versions of software on new users' computers versus me having to update an image every month.

Easy Server & Device Monitoring with Simple Remote Support
Reviewed on Aug 24, 2026
Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
What I like most is how easy it is to monitor the health of all our managed servers and user devices in one solution. It’s also straightforward to remote into users’ machines when they need help, which makes assisting with issues much simpler.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing major overall, but I always find it frustrating that it keeps sending alerts about machine reboots multiple times before the alert finally clears. I can reboot a device up to five times in a single day before the alert goes away.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne currently solves the problem of monitoring all of our managed devices in one place, instead of having to rely on multiple solutions or monitor them manually.
