    What do you like best about the product?
    Everything.

    It is all perfect.

    The layout, the features, the customization.

    Ninja can do it ALL.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    Sometimes the integrations don't work perfectly. Specifically Splashtop, but that is most likely on their end and not Ninja's.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    It is our main remote managment software. It allows us to connect to client's computers and servers.

    What do you like best about the product?
    The interface is very clearly structured and easy to understand. The centralised management of all devices and the ability to respond quickly to problems is particularly helpful. Updates and scripts can be distributed easily, which saves a lot of time in everyday life.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    Sometimes the connection via ninjaone does not work, there are only general errors and after a restart it works even after a service restart, so such normal bugs belong away.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    NinjaOne solves the problem of being able to monitor and manage all devices and systems centrally. This allows faults to be recognised and rectified more quickly without the need for a technician to be on site. Automations such as updates or script executions significantly reduce manual effort. This saves time, reduces costs and ensures that the IT environment runs stably and reliably.

    What do you like best about the product?
    Remote control access to computers is seamless. New features being added to this process to make remote management easier than ever.

    Customer support has been quick and knowledgeable on issues far beyond what I expect them to normally handle.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    Would like to see more control over notifications and the ability to edit them for corporate needs.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    Bringing patching controls to our front line support. We are able to give them visibility into what patches are failing and give them the tools to help resolve these issues and make sure our network is secure and healthy

    What do you like best about the product?
    Automations, the integration of BitDefender and the RMM tool are already making work more efficient. The implementation is very simple. We primarily and frequently use Ninja for RMM deployments. Customer support is generally good, and user-friendliness is very high.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    Currently, nothing serious has been noticed, just minor issues like the crashing of the NinjaAgent at one of our customers.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    For customers, when systems have outages or problems, Ninja is very helpful by providing the ability to use PowerShell and enabling collaboration with colleagues on a system.

    What do you like best about the product?
    I required a robust and easy to use RMM solution that could be deployed with minimum hassle and integrated within the current domain environment. I chose NinjaOne due to the rich number of features that make it efficient and intuitive to use. Backed by great customer support and speedy responses to any questions. I use NinjaOne on a daily basis to help manage the digital estate at ServiceMaster, it has transformed the laborious task of patch management to be one of simplicity and effortless control. The MDM solution has enabled the implementation of IOS updates to company mobile devices with incredible ease.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    nothing it just works as you expect it to.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    NinjaOne has allowed for the management of a large digital estate to be handled with relative ease and admiration. This has not only been a cost saving but a massive reduction in administration time.
