    Dimensions summary

This listing offers one pricing dimension: Nexthink Workplace Experience, billed by units under a contract term. You commit to a set quantity of units, so your cost scales with the number of units you buy. There are no separate tiers or add-ons to choose from. This single dimension covers the Workplace Experience capability, which gives IT teams visibility to see, diagnose, and fix digital workplace issues across endpoints. To size your unit count for your environment, work with the vendor.

    Top-of-mind questions for buyers

The pricing table lists units without defining what one unit maps to, such as a device or an employee. Because this drives your total cost, confirm the unit definition and how it is counted for your environment with the vendor before you commit.
You commit to a set number of units under a contract term, so your cost is fixed to that committed quantity. Growth beyond your committed units is not billed automatically. To cover added devices or employees, arrange an adjusted unit count with the vendor.
Workplace Experience gives IT teams visibility to see, diagnose, and fix digital workplace issues across endpoints. It includes real-time alerts, device timelines with 30 days of history, and a library of dashboards, actions, and automated workflows for common issues.

AI-Powered Insights and Remote Actions That Help Our Small Team Stay Proactive

    Reviewed on Oct 01, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
The recent upgrade in AI capability has made the application even easier to use as it can give you NQL starting blocks and usable insights. The interfaces are very simple to use. With the ability to integrate with our service desk software we can use Nexthink campaigns to inform users on their desktop that their ticket has been resolved. Nexthink has allowed our small team to respond proactively to incidents. My favorite feature is probably Remote actions which allows us to rapidly deploy fixes via signed powershell scripts on all online devices within minutes.
What do you dislike about the product?
My current dislike of Nexthink is the background service which sometimes appears to stall when machines come out of hibernation. I am not sure if it is a Nexthink issue or Windows 11 issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Nexthink allows our small team to proactively respond to incidents and monitor devices in our environment. The software has also allowed us to cut down efforts on our refresh cycle as well as cost saving on hardware as we can replace hardware on the basis of score not just age. Built in scripts integrate with Dell and Lenovo to return device and battery warranty information.

Workspaces and Analytics Dashboards That Drive Proactive, Metrics-Driven IT

    Reviewed on Sep 28, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
As an IT leader, I get the most value from Workspaces and the reporting & analytics dashboards. Workspaces is like having an AI analyst on the team. I can ask it questions about our IT environment and it surfaces specific, tailored insights on what we should be prioritizing, instead of me having to dig through data myself. The reporting side has replaced a lot of manual spreadsheet work too. I can pull consistent, data-backed reports on demand to support strategy and show IT's impact to stakeholders. Together, they've helped shift our team from reactive firefighting to a more proactive, metrics-driven approach.
What do you dislike about the product?
The learning curve is steep, and setup takes real time to get right. There's also so much data available that it can be overwhelming to know where to even start — without some guidance or a clear framework for prioritizing what to look at first, new users can easily feel lost in the platform rather than empowered by it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Nexthink has moved us from reactive IT support to a proactive, data-driven approach. Workspaces helps surface what to prioritize, and dashboards give me reliable data for leadership. We've diverted a meaningful number of tickets from our Service Desk, and our Service Desk team uses a catalog of remote actions that saves them time on routine fixes. The Accelerate program has also given us hands-on help from Nexthink when we hit hurdles on our own. Overall, we have better visibility, lower ticket volume, and a stronger case for IT's impact.

Big-Picture Visibility with Powerful Drill-Down for Fast Remediation

    Reviewed on Sep 17, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
Overall, I like being able to get a big-picture view of the health of my environment while still having the option to drill down into the smallest details. When issues are found, I can respond quickly to remediate them, and I can also take proactive steps to help prevent them from happening again.
What do you dislike about the product?
In some cases, there isn’t a clear, tangible metric that shows the value of what we’re doing. I know that value is there, but it’s often difficult to demonstrate or prove empirically.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We provide our Level 1 and Level 2 teams with remediation options through the workspace, using remote actions or flows. We also share relevant data with internal teams and leadership, and we proactively address common issues across the environment.

Unmatched Endpoint Insights with Transparent DEX Scoring

    Reviewed on Sep 16, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
The insights we gain on endpoint performance are way beyond any other product in this category. I love the fact that all of the data is easily accessible via the Nexthink Query language. The DEX score is completely transparent so it is easy to see exactly what is detracting from the score and what has changed over time.
What do you dislike about the product?
The alerting could be a lot better. Lakeside Systrack Sensors do a better job of identifying potential impactful issues like memory leaks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before Nexthink, our L1 and L2 teams had to remote into every user's machine to solve issues. With Nexthink, many of the issues can be solved remotely or auto-resolved.

Proactive endpoint insights have improved digital employee experience and reduced downtime

    Reviewed on Sep 07, 2026
    Review provided by PeerSpot

What is our primary use case?

My main use case for Nexthink is supporting the digital employee experience and proactively identifying and resolving endpoint issues. I use it to investigate device performance, troubleshoot issues affecting end users, and analyze endpoint data using Investigations and NQL. I also work with Remote Actions and campaigns to help automate remediation and communicate with users when needed. Overall, Nexthink gives us better visibility into what's happening on the endpoint side, so we can identify problems and resolve them more efficiently, sometimes before the end user even reports an issue.

One example would be identifying an endpoint performance issue through Nexthink before it resulted in a larger number of support incidents. We were able to use Nexthink to look at the endpoint data and identify devices that were showing performance degradation and other indicators that something wasn't functioning as expected. From there, I used the Investigation capabilities to narrow down the affected devices and understand what was happening. We were then able to take corrective action and validate the results through Nexthink. I have also been involved in testing and providing feedback on Remote Actions and automated remediation developed by our engineering teams. What I really value about Nexthink in situations like that is that we don't always have to wait for an end user to submit a ticket or visit the Tech Cafe where I work. The telemetry can help us identify a developing problem, investigate it, and take action before it becomes a much larger user-impacting issue that could affect their productivity and cause significant downtime.

    What is most valuable?

Nexthink has made a positive difference by giving our IT teams much better visibility into the health and performance of our endpoints. Instead of always waiting for an end user to report a problem, we can use the data to identify issues and trends early on and determine whether something is affecting one device or potentially a larger group of users. It has also helped make troubleshooting more efficient. With Investigations, NQL, and Remote Actions, we can gather information and take certain corrective actions remotely, which can reduce the amount of manual troubleshooting required and minimize disruption for the end user.

Another benefit that I have noticed is that it helps us move forward in a more proactive support model. We can use endpoint data to make better decisions, validate whether remediation was successful, and identify recurring issues that may need a broader solution. This is usually done quite quickly. From my perspective as someone supporting the environment, I have definitely seen Nexthink improve our ability to identify, troubleshoot, and respond to end-user endpoint issues more efficiently.

What saves me the most time is being able to utilize the Remote Actions, depending on what the issue is. We recently used Remote Actions to push an update and to sync a software that we use to keep our devices compliant in the system. We often use that with their Remote Action to get that done expeditiously because on its own, the device can take some time. However, if you are able to push that update or that synchronization through Nexthink, it takes off a lot of time and downtime for the user and also keeps our process moving forward.

    What needs improvement?

Nexthink has a very strong feature set, and I am still continuing to expand my experience with some of its more advanced capabilities. One area I would like to explore more deeply is Flow and the more advanced automation capabilities, particularly how different workflows and Remote Actions can be combined to create more proactive or end-to-end remediation. I also would like to continue expanding my knowledge of NQL and the analytics capabilities because there is a lot you can do with the data once you really start digging into it.

As far as something I wish it had, I don't think I have encountered a major missing feature in my day-to-day use that I would specifically call out. For me, it is more about continuing to learn and take advantage of the capabilities that are already there. The only thing I can think of is that whenever you are doing the Remote Actions when you have more than one that you are pushing out, I would like to be able to see each one of those listed versus having to go back to the main page and then list them that way. It just makes it easier to see them and determine whether or not the results were successful.

For how long have I used the solution?

I have been using Nexthink for about the last three years.

What do I think about the stability of the solution?

    Nexthink is stable.

What do I think about the scalability of the solution?

From my experience, Nexthink scales very well. In a large enterprise environment, we use it across a significant number of endpoints, and I am able to use Investigations and NQL to analyze data across devices and identify trends or issues affecting groups of users rather than having to look at each endpoint individually.

How are customer service and support?

I haven't had a lot of direct interaction with Nexthink's customer support team because my role is primarily on the practitioner and endpoint support side. We have other team members who handle vendor support and escalation when necessary.

Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?

We did not use a different solution before Nexthink.

What other advice do I have?

My advice would be to first have a clear understanding of what problems you are trying to solve and what you will want to accomplish with Nexthink. It is a very powerful platform, but I think you get the most value from it when you go beyond simply monitoring endpoints and really take advantage of the proactive capabilities. I would definitely recommend investing time in learning NQL, Investigations, Remote Actions, campaigns, and the automation capabilities. Those features can really help you move from a reactive support model to a more proactive one. I give Nexthink a rating of 10 out of 10.
