What do you like best about the product?
The UI is fairly easy to navigate and feels intuitive overall. It’s full-featured, and I also like that it can integrate with Chrome.
What do you dislike about the product?
Managing the yearly renewal was not great this year. Customer service was slow and sometimes I had to reach out a second time to get a response. Apparently it was impossible for them to give me a final invoice before the plan renewed which was borderline infuriating. My finance team wasn't happy about that either.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to share credentials for several consoles safely and quickly across several teams/users.

What do you like best about the product?
Cross platform integration is strong and seamless, and the perk of the family plan that staff can link to their workplace vault encourages cybersecurity alertness and sound practices in every sphere of users' lives. The admin console is easy to use and has good policy templates. Passkeys are easy to store as well, and password creation is great. We've never had any problems or bugs, nor have we seen LastPass slow our devices down.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although the family plan perk saves money for our staff, as a nonprofit we wish we could receive a discount on LastPass, perhaps through TechSoup or even directly. The UI in Microsoft Edge on Windows doesn't feel intuitive or slick, just functional. It takes a little bit of getting used to. It would be easier to onboard and encourage adoption if it was nicer. The UX on Mac has felt clunky for some users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
LastPass keeps team credential sharing safe and secure. Above all, LastPass ensures we create long, complex, unique credentials, and now also that passkeys are easy to create and reuse. Lastly, LastPass is encouraging a healthy cybersecurity posture for our users in their personal lives and families, which helps admins feel more confident about their practices at work.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the features that LastPass provides beyond just managing and sharing passwords. I find it helpful to share credentials using access lists so someone can use a credential without seeing it. The password generator is impressive, making great passwords. The Edge plugin is very effective for us. I love the security score feature because it helps improve our passwords. Having enterprise control of passwords through policies is beneficial, and I also appreciate the ability to see cloud services usage for better control.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find that the form filling doesn't always work great; sometimes it fills in information when it shouldn't be, especially with my username in fields that aren't username fields. This causes issues with online applications like OpenSRS domain search and Microsoft EntraID enterprise apps. Additionally, it doesn't always save the site well, and I have to add rules to be more specific for our domain to prevent using passwords from other sites in the domain, but it works.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use LastPass for password management and sharing, solving insecure password issues and enabling secure credential sharing. I love features like the password generator, enterprise control, and security scores that enhance password strength and manage cloud services.

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use and works tremendously well. I love the browser widget for easy access and secure sharing of passwords without the other person requiring a paid account. Best of all, our compliance teams approved its use.

The widget sometimes expires and you have to delete it then reinstall it
