Effortless Password Management Across Devices
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it makes our password management across the devices. It store all the password securely in one place and give us the option to autofill the details while login and it works smoothly which make us use this app regularly.Its customer support is also good to get resolution of any problem on time and I think its integration with all devices is also good.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that some main and usefull features are locked behind the plans which are paid and sometime it shows sync and performance issues.But overall it is ease to implement in our daily life
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
LastPass solve my problem of remembering and managing my multiple passwords securly and make me use it for different accounts and platforms.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate that this application is cross-platform and offers extensions for every browser, allowing me to use it seamlessly across all my devices. The tools for analyzing passwords, such as checking their strength and monitoring for data breaches, are also very useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Currently I don't have any strong points, maybe the interface is a bit outdated. And sometimes I get logged out of the vault (in web browser) too quickly for some reason.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I appreciate having all my passwords stored in one place, which makes it easy to manage them. Being able to share them quickly and securely with my team is also a great benefit.

What do you like best about the product?
I use LastPass to save and manage all my passwords in one place, which makes it easier for me to handle my credentials. I love how LastPass autofills my login details on sign-in pages, saving me a lot of time. I can save credentials according to each website and update them easily whenever needed. The initial setup was very easy; you just set up your account and a master password, and LastPass takes care of the rest, prompting to save credentials for auto-fill whenever I log in on a new website.
What do you dislike about the product?
It sometimes automatically logs out and you have to remember your master password or you can't access your saved credentials at all. They should improve their extension so that it doesn't automatically log out after some time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use LastPass to save and manage my passwords in one place. It saves me time by autofilling login details, solving the hassle of managing different passwords and eliminating the need to remember them all.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how LastPass helps me manage my passwords easily. It securely stores all my passwords on its server, saving me the hassle of remembering them. I also find it valuable for remembering multiple passwords and 2FA OTPs, randomly generating new unique passwords, and using the autofill feature for logging into various websites. I found the initial setup of LastPass to be very easy and straightforward. Overall, I'm quite satisfied as I rated it a 9 out of 10 for recommendation.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think LastPass should invest more in security and audits because a past breach impacted my confidence, although none of my accounts were compromised. Also, the autofill feature could be improved.

Sometimes doesn't work well with apps on mobile devices. Instead of filling out the sign-in page, I often need to open LastPass, look up the app name, copy the info, then go back and paste it into the app.

I really like the app, but the Chrome extention is my favorite part. I can have complicated passwords and LastPass auto-populates. It is so easy to use, and help keep my information save.
What do you dislike about the product?
They used to have a web browser through the app. I really like that, instead of it pushing to Safari or Chrome on my phone.

I no longer use the same password (or something similar) for any site. Especially my website for my work.

The browser extensions allow for instant autofill across Chrome or Edge, and mobile app biometrics offer quick access on devices used in the field. Shared folders enable secure team password distribution for collaborative work, and the dark web scans and one-click password audits help to proactively spot risks.
What do you dislike about the product?
LastPass frustrates with poor customer support, often delayed or unhelpful for issues like lockouts. Past 2022 breaches erode trust despite fixes, and the free plan limits to one device type. Confusing interfaces, autofill glitches, and extra fees for monitoring add hurdles. LastPass customer support draws heavy criticism for slow responses, bot-only interactions, and unhelpfulness during lockouts or vault access issues, trapping users without passwords. Free users face barriers to live help, while premium gets delayed resolutions via tickets. Other improvements needed: autofill glitches on sites, limited free plan device sync, and clunky mobile interfaces.
