What do you like best about the product?
Appain is its ease of use and the law code approach that makes building application much faster. The implementation process was smoother than expected and the number of features especially workflow automation and process tracking really help understand lies task I also like that the customer support team and the integration was other system
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform overall works well but sometime the learning curve for complex feature feels higher than than expected it's not a blocker but it's doing take some time to fully get comfortable with the advanced configuration
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Appain helps us automte repetitive processes, improved collaboration across departments, and speed up decision - making. Instead of juggling manual workflows, we now have a single platform that keeeps everything consistent and transparent. The result is better efficiency, reduced errors, and faster execution of business m process.

What do you like best about the product?
Appians makes it easy to design and lunch applications quickly without heavy coding The user interface is intuitive, and the drag and drop features save a lot of time. We use it frequently for automating workflows and building forms, and it integrates smoothly with our existing systems. I also appreciate. I also appreciate how scalable it feels as our needs grow.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's been working fine for us overall, Some complex workflows require extra effort to configure, but the documentation and support team are helpful in guiding through it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Appian helps us streamline approval processes and automate repetitive tasks, which has reduced manual work and erros. It has improved visibility across projects sped up decision making, and give us flexibility to adapt processes as requirements change.

What do you like best about the product?
Appian Stands out for its ease of use in creating applications without needing heavy coding. The implementation process was straightforward, and the platform's low code approach make it faster to deliver solutions. It offers a solid number of features like process automation, integrations, and dashboards. I also appreciate how well it integrates with other enterprise systems we already use.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's been working reliably. Some advanced workflows take a bit of experimenting to get just right, but the learning curve is manageable with the resources provided.

Low code and best customer service. It also provides lots of new features every quarter/release which helps build trust with our stakeholders.

Reports aren't that great as expected compared to the application.
