What I appreciate most about Appian is its ability to enable the rapid development and deployment of sophisticated business applications with minimal coding effort. The platform’s intuitive low-code environment, combined with powerful process automation and data integration capabilities, allows my team to streamline complex workflows and adapt quickly to evolving requirements.

What do you dislike about the product?
Appian’s licensing and pricing model can be expensive for smaller teams, especially as user counts grow. While the low-code tools are powerful, some advanced customizations still require skilled developers and can become complex. The learning curve for new users can be steep if they have no prior experience with process automation. Also, the documentation could be more detailed in certain areas, especially for integrations and advanced features.
