What do you like best about the product?
I really love the back-end building and creating recipes with Workato; it's not as difficult as it seemed and the ability to use natural language, especially with features like the Airo tool, has been a game changer. The recipe builder and connectors stand out the most for their utility. Workato also streamlines the automation process better, providing a better end-user experience. It's the most user-friendly automation tool I've come across and the built-in AI tool, Airo, makes it exceptional.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think having more insight into connecting current applications when the tech stack is extremely robust would be helpful. It's kind of challenging to manually input the necessary data for each individual application when you have a tech stack of over 300 applications. It would be a lot easier if there was a simpler way to build those connections.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Workato saves us time and reduces redundancies, making us more strategic and effective. It handles complex automations like onboarding and offboarding smoothly, enhancing our internal processes.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Workato's team is responsive and willing to be a partner in building solutions that really help us. Unlike other vendors, they take the time to understand our needs and provide assistance, rather than just pointing us to documentation or leaving us to figure things out on our own.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's difficult to get new users spun up quickly on how to start creating recipes. The software is very advanced but at times not user intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Workato, we automate business processes, removing humans from the loop and enabling seamless machine-to-machine operations. This increases efficiency and allows us to focus on more strategic tasks.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how versatile Workato is and how I can use it with many different applications and software, placing it at the center to connect all the systems I use. I also appreciate that I can connect it with multiple systems, solving different bottlenecks I encounter. The Arrow feature allows me to do things hands-on and focus on my business processes without taking time out of my day to build solutions. Additionally, the initial setup was quite easy and straightforward.

Workato solves our data integration and API call problems by connecting various systems we use, like Salesforce. It's versatile and helps overcome bottlenecks, letting me focus on business processes without building solutions myself.
