    What do you like best about the product?
    As a Business Analyst, it helps me ensure reps get the right material at the right time, without chasing people. I also get clear visibility into what’s being used and what’s working—making it easier to optimize our enablement strategy.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    One thing I’ve noticed is that the Chrome extension occasionally lags when trying to insert content into Gmail.
    It’s not frequent, but when it happens, it slows things down a bit—especially when reps are trying to respond quickly.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    It solves content chaos. Everything reps need is in one place, contextually delivered.
    For me, that means better tracking on content adoption across channels.

    What do you like best about the product?
    GTM buddy is integrated in my Gmail, making it super easy to search for
    content and share it with prospects with just one click, also the content analytics
    helps me understand what content my prospects are checking out and using it as an
    intent signal to better position Leegality product and my self in the upcoming calls.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    Sometimes the email tracking is misleading. We have shared this feedback with the GTM Buddy CS and Product team, and they are working on it.

    What do you like best about the product?
    I love Ask Buddy, it's just awesome, working in the Fintech space in India;
    as a seller, you need to know a lot of things when dealing with prospects, and it
    helps me find answers in a jiffy and impress my prospects with my knowledge.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    Sometimes, Google Space notifications are delayed, and there are
    formatting issues in Ask Buddy answers, but it’s manageable.

The tool makes it incredibly easy to surface the right content at the right time, directly within the workflows of reps. Its seamless integration with platforms like Avoma and Google Workspace ensures minimal disruption while driving maximum impact. The AI-powered recommendations are accurate and contextually relevant, which has helped improve content adoption significantly. Also, a special shoutout to our CSM, who has been exceptionally responsive and proactive in ensuring we get the most out of the platform. Their support truly makes a difference.

    While GTM buddy offers solid functionality and delivers on key features, the user interface leaves room for improvement.
