My Go-To-Tool for finding the relevant resources
What do you like best about the product?
GTM Buddy makes my life as an AE so much easier especially in long, complex sales cycles.
It helps me find the right collateral in seconds, and I’ve even favourited my go-to assets for quick access. Before every call, it preps me with relevant insights like which current customers I can name-drop and that context has been a game-changer (integrates very well with gmail & calendar).
I also rely heavily on the Digital Sales Room once I’m deep into a deal. It helps consolidate all relevant content, map out next steps, and track how prospects engage, right down to how much time they spend on each slide.
And the ability to track opens and engagement? Super helpful during critical stages.
Honestly, I can’t imagine going back to a world without a good sales enablement platform like GTM Buddy. And a special props to the GTM Team for being easily accessible on Slack whenever I need them.

What do you dislike about the product?
At times, the sheer amount of content available can feel a bit overwhelming especially when I’m in a rush. That said, the search and favorites features usually help me get to what I need quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I think the biggest problem GTM Buddy has solved for someone like me is making the right information accessible exactly when I need it during my sales cycle. And more importantly, once I share that content, it takes the guesswork out of the equation by showing me real data on how impactful it was for my prospect.

1. It is able to provide insights to the client's interaction with our content.
2. As a salesops member, we used to maintain content repository on Google sheets which was extremely manual. GTM Buddy has helped automate the management of the repository, templates and email workflows.

The keyword search matching sometimes leads to older collaterals being suggested first.

Sometimes the content recommendations are not accurate because, as
sellers, we sometimes fail to update our CRM, which is used for content recommendations.

As a Business Analyst, it helps me ensure reps get the right material at the right time, without chasing people. I also get clear visibility into what’s being used and what’s working—making it easier to optimize our enablement strategy.

One thing I’ve noticed is that the Chrome extension occasionally lags when trying to insert content into Gmail.
It’s not frequent, but when it happens, it slows things down a bit—especially when reps are trying to respond quickly.

GTM buddy is integrated in my Gmail, making it super easy to search for
content and share it with prospects with just one click, also the content analytics

Sometimes the email tracking is misleading. We have shared this feedback with the GTM Buddy CS and Product team, and they are working on it.
