    tracking capability, linking correspondence with contacts, deal functionality, snippets
    What do you dislike about the product?
    lack of text capability associated with account. have to use 3rd party vendor for text-Cerizon One Talk
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    keeping track of correspondence, contacts, schedule, follow up tasks. This frees up time for me to be available for clients and to complete other tasks

    What do you like best about the product?
    I like HubSpot Sales Hub because it allows me to track my sales and see when they're up or down, which helps me predict what kind of sales I'll make each month. I enjoy the reporting feature for tracking my sales month over month. Additionally, the initial setup of HubSpot Sales Hub was very easy, which was a plus for me.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    It's a pretty robust tool, so it takes time to understand and learn all pieces of it, and I just haven't had time to learn all of it.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    I use HubSpot Sales Hub to track my customers and sales, with reports helping me maintain customer relationships.

    What do you like best about the product?
    I use HubSpot Sales Hub as a CRM for our clients. It helps me track activity and follow up requirements efficiently. I like being able to add tabs or import CSVs, which is handy for organizing information. The deal feature is useful, especially as I navigate through adding client details. The initial setup was easy because the admin handled it, making it a smooth transition from using a spreadsheet and a website. I also appreciate its integration with dialing and email, which streamlines communication.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    It's kind of complicated to understand at first. It would be improved if there's like an AI chatbot in HubSpot directly. It would be easier to ask AI to assist you in finding the information you're looking for than going to the search button which gives you a lot of options that cause confusion.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    I use HubSpot Sales Hub to track activity and follow-ups for clients, improving how I manage our CRM.

    What do you like best about the product?
    The UI/UX experience is good, with solid performance and an interface that’s easy to use.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    There shouldn’t be an option to edit the call logs or the email logs.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    It helps me get a clear overview of all my deals in one place, and it also solves the problem of having to keep separate notes to track every deal.

    What do you like best about the product?
    Navigation saves me time and makes the platform easier to use. I love how we can quickly flex our reports and dashboards as we need them. Sequences are easy to create, clone, and adjust, which helps keep me in front of my clients automatically. The AI assistance is there when I need a second opinion, and Customer Support is helpful and quick to respond.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    Of all the CRMs I’ve used for sales—Goldmine, ACT, Salesforce, and Microsoft Dynamics—this has been the easiest to work with, while still delivering the most robust performance. It saves me time and lets me focus on talking with prospects, while the technology warms up my leads in the background.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    I used to email leads one by one, but now all of that happens automatically, which saves me a tremendous amount of time. Plus, I can see when they engage and tell which sequences are performing best.
