    What do you like best about the product?
    I feel Hubspot is the best CRM for any sales process and outreach. Why is because of the User interface how Accounts and relevant contacts are mapped. Stages - with exact points to follow. All user friendly features which will gather company's logo and a lot more. Easy to integrate with any Lead generation apps like Apollo.io. All comes with a pay as you go model and a reasonable pricing. The AI features and which supports seamlessly with any documentation. When it comes to performance there is always a lag in loading and UI gets struck sometimes which needs to be fixed.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    Lagging issue and screen gets struck sometimes and requires refresh which will mess up my list view again
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    The benefitting part is leads and list creation is very easy. Reports and dashboards are very good. Activities and tasks are very easy to log.

    What do you like best about the product?
    What I like best about HubSpot Sales Hub is how easy it is to manage the entire sales process in one place. The UI is clean and intuitive, making it simple to track deals, manage pipelines, and stay on top of follow-ups. The automation tools for sequences, task reminders, and email tracking save a lot of time and help keep outreach organized. I also appreciate how seamlessly it integrates with the rest of the HubSpot ecosystem, making collaboration and reporting much more efficient.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    One thing I dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub is that some of the more advanced features and reporting capabilities are locked behind higher pricing tiers, which can get expensive as teams grow. There can also be a bit of a learning curve when setting up more complex automations or customizing workflows. While the platform is generally very user-friendly, certain areas can feel a little limited without additional add-ons or integrations.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    HubSpot Sales Hub helps solve the challenge of keeping sales activities, customer communication, and pipeline management organized in one centralized platform. It reduces manual work through automation, improves visibility into deal progress, and helps ensure follow-ups don’t fall through the cracks. This has made our sales process more efficient, improved team collaboration, and given better insight into forecasting and overall pipeline performance.

    What do you like best about the product?
    Its ability to plan, launch, and track marketing campaigns is what I find most useful. UI is intuitive and easy to navigate. Easy to integrate with other platforms. No performance issues as compared to competitive platforms of similar scale.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    I am not sure whether it has native AI capabilities that could help me in finding the sales opportunities and drive my campaign accordingly. It could do more in associating it with native IA solutions that can let me plan or query in natural language.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    It is helping me in buildling and driving marketing campaigns based oaround a specific target customer segment. Easy to identify and filter customer data and drive my campaign on the desired line. ROI looks pretty good when we can quickly launch our campaigns based on the dataset.

    I like HubSpot Sales Hub because it's simple to use, which is great for managing all of my contacts with an easy-to-use method. It's also easy to create pipelines and manage warm leads, making it straightforward to develop new sales. The initial setup was very easy for me.

    Better integrations with email.

    Very easy to use, clean interface, everything works well with the CRM. Email tracking, meetings, and pipelines save a lot of time day to day.

    plans are expensive. Some automations are a bit tricky to set up at first.
