    I love the automations, workflows, and sequences, and how well they work.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    Everything works great. I really love how good Sales Hub is, and I honestly have nothing to complain about.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    I use it to manage leads and pipelines, and I really appreciate how easy it is to use. The integrations are also very good, which makes it simpler to keep everything connected.

    What do you like best about the product?
    What I like best about HubSpot Sales Hub is how easy it makes it to manage my sales activity in one place. It helps me track emails, calls, tasks, deals, and follow-ups without having to jump between multiple systems. The CRM is user-friendly, the automation saves time, and the visibility into pipeline activity makes it easier to stay organized and focused on the right opportunities.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    The only thing I would say is that the mobile app could always be a little better, but I think that is true with most CRM and sales tools. The desktop experience is strong, but on mobile some tasks can feel a little less smooth or take a few extra clicks. Overall, it still works well and HubSpot Sales Hub is a very useful tool for managing sales activity.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    HubSpot Sales Hub helps solve the problem of keeping sales activity organized and visible. It allows me to track deals, follow-ups, emails, calls, tasks, and customer notes in one place, which makes it easier to manage my pipeline and stay on top of opportunities. It also helps reduce missed follow-ups, improves communication across the team, and gives better visibility into where each deal stands. Overall, it saves time and helps me be more efficient and consistent in my sales process.

    What do you like best about the product?
    Fairly intuitive, integration of ticket and sales platform.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    Still missing some functionality in the ticket system. Not able to upload more than 10 files. No drag and drop feature for files. Outlook and Hubspot integration (mail upload) is slow. No fully European cloud option.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    It combines our sales platform with our ticket/claim process keeping all information for the custmers at the same place instead of different systems.

    What do you like best about the product?
    I find it extremely easy to navigate, and the HubSpot help centre is extensive and simple to use. Plus, the support team is extremely responsive. Their integrations have been very helpful, and even when there has been an issue that needs to be fixed, it is addressed quickly and accurately. Their AI assistant is much better than any other one I've used.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    It can be a bit challenging to see where everything is accessed. It's not always in the exact spot you would expect but you will definitely find it with a bit of searching.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    We have a very large organization and HubSpot has been helpful in making it easier to work with both internal and external stakeholders. It also allows for better information sharing than other software we have used.

    What do you like best about the product?
    I really like how easy it is to create custom dashboards in HubSpot Sales Hub, where I can easily see where my deals are and what stage they're at, allowing me to quickly access communications. It's great for both my manager, who can see my pipeline for long-term planning, and for me, as I can easily see where I stand in terms of probable profits for the month, day, or calendar year. The initial setup was relatively easy, as I just went through the client list to ensure that the information was current.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    I feel like the basic sales training only touches on a tiny amount of the capabilities of HubSpot Sales Hub, and I feel like I am not using it to my total capability.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    I use HubSpot Sales Hub mostly for client tracking & deal management. It provides our business with a unified understanding of activities and deals. I love the custom dashboards for easily tracking deal stages and accessing communications. They also help my manager and me with long-term planning and profit insights.
