Great for Small and Large businesses

What do you like best about the product?
The easy setup/implementation and intuitive work flow so that I can get what I need done with out any guessing on where things are at. A lot of features! I do like the integration it offers.
What do you dislike about the product?
When working quickly I noticed sometimes there is a small lag time when I request a page or report. But maybe I'm impatient. Depending on what you need you can quickly find you need to upgrade your account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prospective and lead workflow. It helps to streamline our engagement from social media to website contact.

What do you like best about the product?
Product mostly does what you need it to do and there are professional services firms to help you figure out that which isn't obvious.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nickel and diming you at every turn is stupid.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping all of my sales information in one place. It is easy to use for the most part but I occasionally need help using new features and the employees don't always have adequate training on new features.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot has been great for our sales operations. Very easy to use, easy to implement. We use it on a daily basis, integrated with other softwares such as gmail, pandadoc, stripe. Customer Support is also a highlight. We also use diverse tools inside the software that helps marketing, operations, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing can be a barrier, specially for small business.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
CRM, tracking communication with deals and clients, sending quotes, managing leads and contacts, templates for communication, marketing caimpaings and more!

Best part is the Analytics dashboard for overall improvement for Sales person

Sometimes notification get missed for a follow up/task.

It helps me targeting my prospect and keeping all data at one place and easily available at your fingertip.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is very intuitive and easy to use. They have a lot of functions that really help make sales and marketing easy to organize.
What do you dislike about the product?
HubSpot has a lot of tools and functions, each in different paid versions. Sometimes, it can be frustrating to have some access to one particular function, but not get the entire capabilities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot is helping us keep our sales and marketing database, allows us to track sales and marketing activities, and send sales and marketing emails. We use HubSpot every single day and use it as our source of truth.

What do you like best about the product?
This tool is very useful for keeping track of your daily tasks at work.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't anything I dislike about this so far. However, I'm considering connecting it with Rocketreach.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In my job, I have a lot of tasks assigned to me, such as coordinating with clients and following up on emails. Trying to remember all of these in my head is not easy—in fact, it can feel impossible. However, Hubspot makes this much easier.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, simple set-up, great variety of tools for tracking (lists, tasks, etc)
What do you dislike about the product?
Aircall integration, it is super buggy and opens many tabs which slows the whole computer down

Used to have the problem where id track everything in different places now I can just do everything out of hubspot

Hubspot: Best tool for data management

What do you like best about the product?
When it comes to lead management and filtering out your funnel in sales or workplace, hubspot makes its more convenient for you. The things which might take more than a day, hubspot makes it to get done in few hours or minutes. This not only saves your time, but also makes you free from unnecessary pressure and time limits.
What do you dislike about the product?
Click to call facility can be more advanced with hubspot generated numbers. These numbers should get changed one the current one gets spammed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am using it to navigate through my interested, prospect, hot and warm leads and to churn the data efficiently. This saves my time and makes the things get done in very less time.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about it is the ease of use and customization of my sales hub.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only dislike is the intermittent errors that fail to load my dashboard or deals.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot solves the main issue of organizing booked meetings and having to input data into messy excel sheets. This ease of organizing benefits me greatly and helps me save time to perform sales tasks efficiently.
