Fast and Flexible, But Not Yet Enterprise-Ready
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is fast, easy to use, and is quite flexible.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not ready for enterprise level or big company. Still many boundaries, limitations and skyrocketing pricing model.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As software engineer, the only problem it solves is the infrastructure maintenance.

What do you like best about the product?
This tool is very scalable which makes it an ideal tool for any size of an organization. It even have a free plan for starters
Its also highly automated hence promoting a great workflow. This allows the sales team to concentrate on other important issues in the company.

What do you dislike about the product?
I have no experienced any issues with this tool. It meets our needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This tool reduces the chances of lost leads due to poor follow ups.Through automated reminders the tool is able to track leads follow ups to ensure all deals are met. This also reduces time wastage.

UX is pretty easy to navigate and there are lots of trainings and articles to help.

There are gaps in the platform and flow of work process

Single Customer View and Powerful AI Tools Make a Winning Combo
What do you like best about the product?
Single customer view - any user can see the entire customer journey in one place. The AI tools are excellent and make it simple to see which leads need to be contacted and when. Tracking works out of the box. Sequencing, reporting and training are all good.
What do you dislike about the product?
Call integration has been harder than I'd have liked. Permissions has proved a challenge to set up, but it's working now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot allows my sales team to contact the leads that come in much quicker than our previous system. Also, being able to customise and administer the platform in house is so valuable, We're moving faster than we ever have before and achieving bespoke processes in half the time.

I find HubSpot Sales Hub to be very intuitive and easy to use. This allows me to quickly learn and perform necessary tasks without extensive training. Its usability makes it straightforward to embed as a CRM within our sales process, facilitating seamless team adoption. Moreover, setting it up and configuring it to fit our unique sales process is simple, which eases onboarding team members. The integration with other parts of the HubSpot CRM suite, such as the Marketing Hub, enhances efficiency by making it effortless for marketing to pass leads to sales, ensuring a smooth workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it problematic that HubSpot Sales Hub currently lacks an out-of-the-box solution for creating a deal site or deal room for customers. This feature would allow the consolidation of all related deal documents, links, case studies, and meeting notes in one accessible location for the customer. The absence of this kind of integrated feature complicates the process of providing customers with a single link containing all relevant information, despite HubSpot having shared files.

I use HubSpot Sales Hub to easily manage our sales pipeline and track deals through every stage, ensuring clear visibility and efficient sharing of insights team-wide.

I absolutely love HubSpot Sales Hub for several reasons. One of the standout features for me is the email tracking, which facilitates sending personalized outreach emails directly from HubSpot while integrating seamlessly with my Outlook profile. This integration adds a professional touch to our communications. Additionally, I appreciate the automated follow-up sequences that HubSpot offers, as they significantly enhance our communication efficiency. The integration capabilities of HubSpot Sales Hub are impressive; it easily integrates with other tools like Zapier, making it incredibly convenient to connect various platforms. The ease of integration stands out as a major advantage for my team. Moreover, HubSpot's initial setup process was extremely straightforward, particularly with the help of the trial period, which allowed us to explore its functionalities and gain insights through its accessible training materials. The resources from HubSpot Academy were particularly beneficial and enhanced our understanding and utilization of the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the integration with the sites we are currently monitoring a bit difficult. Additionally, the limitation of sending marketing emails to only a thousand contacts in a month is challenging for us, especially since we have a large number of prospects exceeding 4,000. This restriction complicates our efforts to manage and send communications effectively. Furthermore, HubSpot lacks the feature to create segments within segments, which would be beneficial for organizing and sending marketing contacts within a master segment.

I find HubSpot Sales Hub organizes client management, simplifies lead tracking, and integrates emails automatically. It helps in scheduling meetings and forecasting, making prospect follow-ups effortless.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the reporting tools in HubSpot Sales Hub. I love seeing everything in dashboards, which is definitely a game changer for me. The ability to connect with a lot of people at the same time and upload everything massively is really good. These features provide valuable insights by allowing me to track progress over time, see how my company has performed in the last twenty days, and understand changes from day to day. This data helps me learn more about other tools, aiding in associating growth with aspects like website performance, LinkedIn flows, or leads, making it one of the most valuable tools for my team's workflow. I also find the initial setup pretty easy and very intuitive, and the option to ask for assistance is always available, making the whole process simple and user-friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the lead dashboard is not as good as I would like. It's not as interactive as I'd prefer it to be. I want to be able to click on the leads and get more information, but right now it's not as efficient as I would expect.

I find it incredibly adaptable to meet our specific needs, offering a straightforward and precise user experience. The system automatically sets up follow-ups, managing inbound call routines effectively by auto-populating data, which I can easily review and keep track of. I love this feature for its adaptability, allowing me to efficiently manage follow-ups without extra hassle. Moreover, the straightforward setup and ease of navigation make it a preferred choice, so much so that I would rate it a 9 out of 10 on recommendation likelihood.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm encountering issues with certain calls not auto-populating, which means they don't automatically create an account as expected. This inconsistency is frustrating, and we're investigating this issue internally with our marketing team. Additionally, the spam filtering is ineffective, resulting in spam contacts repeatedly appearing in my inbox even after being marked as spam. This lack of an efficient spam filter leads to unnecessary effort in handling spam communications. Moreover, there are challenges with integrating HubSpot Sales Hub with FieldRoutes. Our organization faces restrictions, and it's challenging to set up connectivity or syncing between these tools, adding complexity and reducing efficiency in managing sales data. Finally, the need to pay additional amounts for syncing capabilities with Field Routes is a hassle our company is reluctant to adopt.

I use HubSpot Sales Hub for CRM needs, enjoying its connectivity, ease of use, and adaptability, which assists in auto-generating follow-up tasks. It streamlines lead management but has issues with spam filtering and auto-population of calls.
