For commercial businesses with small building formats (< 50K sq. ft.) seeking energy and maintenance savings, EnerAllies provides a software-centric Building Automation System combining HVAC energy management with safety monitoring services (CO2, Humidity and Refrigeration), reducing energy bills by 10-15% with a 6-9 month payback and an ROI of 200%-300%.
EAI's software-centric IoT-based Building Automation System includes two products: Virtual Energy Manager (VEM) and Safety Monitoring Manager (SMM).
Virtual Energy Manager (VEM)
EAI's VEM delivers the industry's best ROI and fastest payback with HVAC Controls and Automation, Predictive Maintenance, Comfort Optimization, CO2 Footprint Reporting and Extreme Weather Adaptability.
VEM reduces energy bills by 10%-15% with a payback in 6-9 months, ROIs of 200%-300%, and achieves these results at half the cost of competitive solutions.
VEM remotely controls customer thermostats with automated schedules, pre-conditioning, override protection, and sophisticated algorithms. VEM's patented Early Warning System detects equipment degradation before catastrophic outages with 90% predictive accuracy.
VEM offers a clean and modern UI and provides data-driven insights with dashboards, alerts, reports, and easy-to-understand analytics.
VEM produces CO2 footprint reporting, ensuring you are meeting your ESG goals.
Safety Monitoring Manager (SMM)
EAI's SMM suite includes 4 monitoring services: CO2, DCV, Humidity, and Refrigeration Monitoring.
CO2 and DCV Monitoring captures real-time data to indicate if ventilation/DCV is working properly and
mitigating risks of indoor Covid transmission.
Humidity Monitoring mitigates mildew risks.
Refrigeration Monitoring detects walk-in refrigeration temperatures approaching or exceeding safety thresholds to mitigate food spoilage risks.

AWS Marketplace now accepts line of credit payments through the PNC Vendor Finance program. This program is available to select AWS customers in the US, excluding NV, NC, ND, TN, & VT.
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before it ends, access to these entitlements will expire.
Additional AWS infrastructure costs may apply. Use the AWS Pricing Calculator to estimate your infrastructure costs.
You buy this Virtual Energy Manager platform through a contract priced per building site. Each of the four options covers one site. The options split along two lines. First, thermostat count per building: two options cover two thermostats, and two cover four thermostats. Second, deployment scope: Entry Level options and Enterprise options. So your price scales with how many thermostats each site runs and which scope you choose. All four options require a private offer, arranged by contacting sales@enerallies.com. There are no public list prices for these dimensions.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What does one billing unit cover, and how are thermostats counted?
Each unit covers one building site. The two thermostat options set how many thermostats that site runs: either two or four per building. A thermostat maps to an HVAC control point, such as a rooftop unit. You add units as you add sites across your locations.
What services come with each unit, since all four options bill per site?
Every unit includes the Virtual Energy Manager software for remote thermostat control and scheduling. It also covers onboarding, 24/7/365 customer support, proactive monitoring, and the Early Warning System for predictive maintenance. The Comfort Protection tools and Extreme Weather Adaptability features are part of the platform too.
How does my cost change as I add more sites or thermostats?
Cost scales two ways. First, you buy one unit per building site, so more sites means more units. Second, sites with four thermostats cost more than sites with two, because the pricing reflects the number of HVAC control points managed per building.
