What do you like best about the product?
I used it to get certified on the platform through Coursera. I believe it’s a great product; however, it may still need some tuning. For example, S/Hanna already seems more AI-based.
What do you dislike about the product?
In my opinion, it seems a bit outdated and too general. I feel like it should be more like other SAP products I like, such as SAP ECC, etc. Maybe it’s just me, but I don’t really understand how it’s supposed to be used.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SAP Business helped me while I was working through a certification I completed as an SAP Technology Consultant, and this was one of the modules. It felt like a solid, general framework for helping stakeholders understand what needs to be done and how it should be done.

What do you dislike about the product?
It has a steep learning curve, which makes it difficult for new users. The interface feels complex, and troubleshooting issues can take time. It’s also costly for small startups.

What do you like best about the product?
The way SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) serves as the "connective tissue" or unifying bridge for corporate landscapes is what really sets it apart.
The pre-built integration content is the best feature, if I had to pick just one.
BTP provides thousands of ready-to-use integration processes, APIs, and connectors between SAP ERP systems and third-party apps, eliminating the need to create connections from scratch. When it comes time for upgrades, it resolves the enormous headache of data silo isolation without disrupting the main system.
It essentially creates a plug-and-play, modular ecosystem out of a complicated patchwork of software.

What do you like best about the product?
I like SAP Business Technology Platform's strong integration capabilities for connecting SAP and non-SAP applications. Its built-in tools for workflow automation and business process optimization are also great. The integration capabilities are valuable because they allow me to connect SAP applications with other business systems without building and maintaining extensive custom interfaces. I've used its workflow automation and process optimization features to reduce manual tasks and improve business process efficiency. Additionally, the initial setup was moderately straightforward, especially for teams that already had experience with SAP technologies.
What do you dislike about the product?
They can improve in the area of ease of learning and administration. Sometimes for new users, it takes time to understand the different services and available configurations. Administration can be simplified through more centralized management system tools and more role-based learning paths and practical examples for common implementation scenarios.

I use SAP Business Technology Platform for application development, system integration, and data management to streamline processes on a single cloud platform. I really appreciate how it helps automate workflows and manage business data efficiently on a single platform. What I like most about this platform is its ability to integrate multiple systems or modules and automate business processes on a single, scalable cloud platform. We use it to automate invoice approvals, sync employee data between HR and payroll systems, and monitor our business operations with live analytics, which saves a lot of time and reduces the risk of manual errors in managing these critical activities. Setting it up was easy; any IT professional can install it. I definitely recommend it.
What do you dislike about the product?
During integration or workflow issues, troubleshooting can sometimes be complex and time-consuming for new users due to limited error clarity and multiple service dependencies.
