You pay by the hour for a preconfigured software image that runs on an Amazon EC2 instance. Pricing is not tiered by feature; every option delivers the same bundled software. Instead, each dimension maps to a specific EC2 instance type, so your hourly rate depends on the size and family of compute you choose. Smaller instances carry lower hourly rates, while larger memory-, compute-, storage-, or GPU-focused instances cost more per hour. Pick the instance that matches your workload size. Your total charge scales with the instance type selected and the number of hours you run it.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
You get a preconfigured software image bundling the marketing automation platform, a stable Linux operating system, a database engine, a scripting runtime, and a web server. The hourly rate covers the software licence for that image running on the EC2 instance type you select. AWS charges the underlying compute separately.
The software fee meters running time only. A fully stopped instance does not accrue hourly software charges. You may still pay underlying AWS storage fees for the attached volume while the instance is stopped. Charges resume when you start the instance again.
Cancellations within 48 hours of purchase qualify for a refund under AWS Marketplace's standard policy for AMI products. To request one, contact the vendor with your AWS account ID, the product ID, and your reason. No refunds apply beyond the 48-hour window.
