It helps with collaborative ideas, to organic information and also to present in a very dynamic way. We as users like it and our clients like it as well when we present.

Makes it easy to move through each stage of idea building with flexibility, and I really value being able to view all the information together on a single page.

What do you like best about the product?

I honestly cannot think of anything. Even though I am a fairly frequent user, I have not found limitations worth mentioning
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

My goto tool for brainstorming and strategizing.

  • August 31, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I often have trouble creating diagrams of the vision I have in head, but I find it easy to use Miro for documenting fleeting inspirations, group brainstorm sessions or strategic process/roadmap visualizations. I love the fact that Miro is available across all my devices and gives me a centralized place to keep those "napkin notes" I make throughout the day.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have ran across anything so far, I figure if I do. It is just time to upgrade to the premium version. One thing in the future that I may look into is Model Context Protocol (MCP) integration of Miro with my daily tools like M365/Copilot, Adobe Creative Suite or Google Desktop.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am an innovator who is constantly learning of new technologies and innovations. These new ideas usually spark ideas of my own. Having a place to store and review these eureka! moments may lead to the next great product for my company or a startup opportunity for me.

What do you dislike about the product?
it sometimes gets laggy or doesnt offer the best user experience.
It may offer a challenge for new users to implement their content
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
turning ideas into something seen is its main solution for our biggest problem.
Team collaboration with an anonymous mode, timers and boards is a huge game changer.

Great Planning Tool—Needs Shot List Templates

  • August 30, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The variety of templates makes project planning (like go-to-market) quick and easy. For video shoots, I build visual shot lists and map sequences right on the board—even without a pre-made template.
What do you dislike about the product?
No dedicated shot list template and some features take time to learn.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps me keep project and video planning organized in one place. I use templates to kick off big projects like go-to-market plans, so I don’t waste time starting from zero. For video shoots, I can quickly map out shot lists and sequences visually—I just drag and drop what I need. This saves me a ton of time and makes it easy to spot gaps or ideas, instead of juggling a mess of docs and notes.

Miro is easy to use for beginners, also make work so much easier.

  • August 29, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
It is very versatile and flexible. We work on our personal project with Miro and it made the work flow so much better! I can't imagine ow would we manage the work without Miro!
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not so easy to drag arrows for the line diagram if there is a banner popped to show extra details.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro solves the workflow for product design. We use it for designing our wedding journal website.

Miro is awesome to take ideas out of my head fast and free, diverging and converging seamlessly

  • August 28, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I can explore, document, organize, categorize and polish ideas, communicate relationships between elements clear even with content that lives outside Miro.
It feels natural to get faster, there is a breakpoint where you can diagram flows while thinking, talking and even listening others, and it feels natural. There are a lot of templates to start fast, and you can also manage your own templates.
I use it almost every day and on every stage of projects. With a few tools I can do much. It allows me to do things by many different ways and tools, I feel free and capable.
You can copy content from excel and google sheets and paste them as sticky notes on Miro
What do you dislike about the product?
Navigation between boards feels inefficient and slow. I would like access to search any board directly from the menu.
While using grids (which I use a lot) I struggle moving elements from different cells simultaneously by dragging them without taking them out of their cells. It happen that all the selected elements move to the cell I am hovering. I know it can be avoided by moving them with keyboard arrows but is annoying having to move my hand from mouse to keyboard and pressing many times the arrow. I would suggest try an extra key to hold while dragging to avoid it.
I would like something like Autolayout on Figma to make maps prettier faster.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Documenting abstract ideas fast and free. Polishing them as necessary to officialize with the team and stakeholders.
I would say helping me seamlessly to go from abstract to clear on processes and projects.
