AWS Marketplace now accepts line of credit payments through the PNC Vendor Finance program. This program is available to select AWS customers in the US, excluding NV, NC, ND, TN, & VT.
Pricing is based on actual usage, with charges varying according to how much you consume. Subscriptions have no end date and may be canceled any time. Alternatively, you can pay upfront for a contract, which typically covers your anticipated usage for the contract duration. Any usage beyond contract will incur additional usage-based costs.
Additional AWS infrastructure costs may apply. Use the AWS Pricing Calculator to estimate your infrastructure costs.
You pay by the hour for the AWS EC2 instance that runs this Unified Endpoint Management software. Pricing is not tiered by features. Instead, each dimension maps to one EC2 instance type, and your hourly rate depends on the instance you select. The options span several instance families — general purpose (m3, m4), compute-optimized (c3, c4), memory-optimized (r3), storage-optimized (d2, i2), and GPU (g2) — in sizes from medium up to 8xlarge. Larger instances carry higher hourly rates. Choose the instance that matches your workload size and performance needs. Software runs on the license for 500 computers and a single user.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
Am I charged for the software when the EC2 instance is stopped or powered off?
Hourly software charges apply only while the instance runs. A stopped or terminated instance stops the hourly software meter. Note that AWS may still bill underlying storage for a stopped instance, but that is separate from this software license charge.
What does the license cover regardless of which instance I choose?
Every instance option runs the same UEM Edition software licensed for 500 computers and a single user. You manage desktops, laptops, servers, and mobile devices from one console. The device and user limit does not change with instance size; only your hourly compute rate changes.
Does picking a larger instance let me manage more than 500 computers?
No. Instance size affects performance and your hourly rate, not the licensed capacity. This edition is fixed at 500 computers and a single user. A larger instance gives more compute headroom for that same managed device count, not a higher device allowance.
