ManageEngine Endpoint Central: Centralized Endpoint Management Across Multiple Locations

    Reviewed on Jun 02, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
ManageEngine Endpoint Central provides a centralized way to manage hundreds of endpoints across offices and retail locations. The software deployment, patch management, remote control, and inventory features are particularly useful for our IT operations. It helps reduce manual work, improves endpoint visibility, and allows our support team to resolve issues faster while maintaining compliance and security standards.
What do you dislike about the product?
The product is generally reliable, but troubleshooting agent communication issues can sometimes be time-consuming, especially for remote users and branch locations. Report customization could be more flexible, and some administrative workflows require several clicks to complete. We would also like to see more modern dashboards and stronger integration with cloud-native management capabilities
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Endpoint Central helps us improve endpoint governance and standardization across the organization. It gives us better visibility into device status, software compliance, and operational risks, making it easier to enforce IT policies and support audit requirements. This has improved overall control and reduced the risk of unmanaged or non-compliant endpoints.

Efficient Deployment with Stellar AI Support

    Reviewed on Jun 02, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
I use ManageEngine Endpoint Central for deploying applications across more than 700 laptops and over 200 servers. It has made our work much more efficient, especially with updates and even OS deployments. I really appreciate the support on the subject, and the AI/Agent is a standout feature. It provides me with links and solutions to my queries, and if it's too specific, I can be directed to an agent, which is very helpful. The remote tool is another aspect I find very helpful. We used to use PDQ, which was good, but I find ManageEngine Endpoint Central better. The initial setup was also very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
would be nice to know where we are with deployments, sometimes we dont know where a particular package is in the deployment que or if its being held up
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deploying applications, updates, and OS with ManageEngine Endpoint Central has made handling over 700 laptops and 200 servers efficient. The AI/Agent support is quick, providing helpful links and directing to an agent when needed. However, tracking deployment progress can be unclear, which can be improved.

    Reviewed on May 29, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it makes patch management and I can see system misconfigurations and vulnerabilities in one place. It also makes it easier to get remote access to computers in other locations and do maintenance in the background as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any major complaints. I've had some false positive vulnerabilities before, but rarely.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us keep our computers up to date and reduce vulnerabilities and makes it easier to remotely maintain or troubleshoot computers.
