Powerful Endpoint Management Platform with Excellent Automation Features

    Reviewed on Jul 08, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about ManageEngine Endpoint Central is that it combines patch management, software deployment, inventory, remote troubleshooting, and endpoint configuration into a single platform. It has significantly reduced the time required for routine IT administration and helped us maintain better visibility and control over our environment.
The automation features are particularly useful for deploying updates and applications consistently across multiple devices and locations. The remote support tools make it easy to assist users without needing additional software.
Another aspect I appreciate is the support team. In my experience, support engineers are responsive, knowledgeable, and willing to work through complex issues when needed. Combined with an extensive knowledge base and documentation, this has helped us resolve problems quickly and get the most value out of the product.
Overall, Endpoint Central provides a comprehensive feature set at a competitive price point and has become an essential part of our endpoint management strategy.
What do you dislike about the product?
While ManageEngine Endpoint Central offers a very comprehensive feature set, some areas of the interface can feel dated and require a learning curve for new administrators. Because the platform includes so many features, certain advanced configurations and policy settings can be difficult to locate at first.
I would also like to see further improvements in reporting customization and a more streamlined navigation experience between modules. In some cases, troubleshooting complex deployment or patching issues may require consulting documentation or working with support.
These are relatively minor concerns compared to the overall value of the product, but they are areas where the user experience could continue to improve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ManageEngine Endpoint Central solves several endpoint management challenges by providing a centralized platform for patch management, software deployment, asset inventory, remote troubleshooting, and endpoint configuration. Before using it, many of these tasks required multiple tools or manual intervention, which increased administrative overhead and the risk of inconsistencies.
The biggest benefit for our team has been automation. We can deploy operating system and third-party patches, distribute software packages, enforce configurations, and gather inventory information from a single console. This has improved endpoint compliance, reduced the time spent on routine maintenance, and helped us respond more quickly to user issues through the integrated remote support tools.
It has also improved visibility across our environment by providing accurate hardware and software inventory information, making it easier to manage assets, plan upgrades, and maintain security standards. Overall, Endpoint Central has helped us increase operational efficiency while reducing the effort required to manage a growing number of devices.

Outstanding, Fully Automated Patch & OS Deployment with Centralized BitLocker Control

    Reviewed on Jul 08, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
The comprehensive management toolset is outstanding. The Patch Management and Software & OS Deployment are highly reliable and fully automated, saving our team countless hours. We also heavily rely on the Browser control and the ability to easily push Custom Configurations. Having native Bitlocker management integrated into the same console gives us fantastic, centralized control over our endpoint security.
What do you dislike about the product?
The DLP (Data Loss Prevention) module is a great starting point, and I am looking forward to seeing them expand and refine these capabilities in future updates to match the power of their other tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It completely streamlines our hardware migration process. Previously, transitioning a user to a new physical machine was a tedious, manual process. Now, Endpoint Central solves this by allowing us to automate OS deployment and push all necessary software and security policies right out of the box. This saves our IT team hours of setup time per machine and significantly minimizes downtime for the end-user.

Endpoint Central: Powerful All-in-One Endpoint Management with an Easy, Responsive UI

    Reviewed on Jul 01, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
Endpoint Central gives us a lot of functionality in one product. Imaging computers and installing Windows updates has become much easier. The ability to install BIOS updates is also useful.

We like that we can give users admin access to specific apps when needed without having to give them full admin rights on the computer.

Software deployment is relatively easy. There a quite a lot of predefined software packages. Creating our own software packages isn't too difficult.

We have found managing BitLocker is much easier than group policy and auto rotation of the BitLocker keys is useful.

Dex has been very helpful in tracking down computer issues. It has allowed us to be more proactive on issues rather than waiting for end users to report on problems.

The inventory tracking has saved us quite a bit of time over our previous tools. It has pulled in all necessary information, including warranty dates, without having to manually create any custom fields.

Lastly the interface is easy to use, and we have found it very responsive.
What do you dislike about the product?
The OS deployment feature hasn't been integrated with the software deployment feature. That means either creating software packages in two places or installing software to an imaged computer as a second step once finished.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Endpoint Central is helping with inventory tracking for both hardware and software. While we haven't implemented it yet, we intend to use the DLP and USB storage access features. The Threats & Patches module helps improve security.

    Reviewed on Jul 01, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
I find the ease of use of ManageEngine Endpoint Central to be one of the best aspects of the product. Despite the many features it offers, it's not hard to find exactly what I'm looking for. The initial setup was very easy, and within a few hours, I started deploying it through Group Policy. Also, it ensures devices receive patches and alerts upon failure, helping us remain compliant with our accreditations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some menu items could be in a different section. While it's easy to navigate, you'll find some menu items in a different section than you'd expect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use ManageEngine Endpoint Central for patch management and computer inventory, ensuring devices get necessary patches and compliance with accreditations.
