The Workato Success Center offers customers and prospects access to free documentation, tutorials, and community forums (support.workato.com). Workato also allows customers to file Support tickets through the Workato Success Center (https://support.workato.com/en/support/tickets/new ). Enterprise Support, which includes Customer Success and faster SLA's, is also available as a paid service.
