CloudFormation Template (CFT)
AWS CloudFormation templates are JSON or YAML-formatted text files that simplify provisioning and management on AWS. The templates describe the service or application architecture you want to deploy, and AWS CloudFormation uses those templates to provision and configure the required services (such as Amazon EC2 instances or Amazon RDS DB instances). The deployed application and associated resources are called a "stack."

Additional details
Usage instructions
When a new AMI is deployed for the first time, BridgeLink version 26.3.1 will be installed, auto configured and started. The BridgeLink will be automatically allocated 50% of the total memory of the EC2 instance. You can either select the existing RDS instance as BridgeLink's database or create a new RDS Aurora/Postgres instance and define the database and schema. Furthermore, it allows users to upload SSL certificates for encryption on BridgeLink channels. First of all, if you choose to create a new RDS Aurora/Postgres instance, you have to create a subnet group in AWS RDS console and please make sure that the subnet group belongs to the same VPC which the EC2 instance will be allocated to. This subnet group is a required parameter in the CloudFormation template. When launching a new stack from the Cloudformation template, you can set up parameters such as RDS PostgreSQL database username and password, BridgeLink admin password, Please click here for plugin user guides. BridgeLink status can be checked by running: "systemctl status bridgelink". BridgeLink default index page will be accessible at http://<public_dns>:8080 or from the BridgeLink Administrator Launcher at https://<public_dns>:8443. The default username is admin. Please use the password you enter in the Cloudformation template to login. Downloading BridgeLink Administrator Launcher is optional; all the functionalities of BridgeLink can be accessed in the REST API. BridgeLink REST API can be accessed at https://<public_dns>:8443/api BridgeLink configuration can be found in /etc/bridgelink/conf/mirth.properties
