This contract-based product organizes pricing into four tiers matched to your annual SaaS spend. Standard fits spend between $250k and $1M. Professional covers $1M to $2.5M. Premium covers $2.5M to $5M. Enterprise applies when spend exceeds $5M. Each tier shows a starting price, so your final cost depends on the scope agreed with the vendor. As your SaaS spend grows, you move into a higher tier. All tiers deliver the same core service: expert-led negotiation, vendor benchmarking, and usage visibility. The tier you choose reflects the size of the SaaS portfolio being managed.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
Which tier applies if my annual SaaS spend sits near a boundary or grows during the term?
Each tier maps to a spend band: Standard ($250k-$1M), Professional ($1M-$2.5M), Premium ($2.5M-$5M), and Enterprise (above $5M). You select the tier matching your current annual SaaS spend. As spend grows past a band, you move into the next tier. Contact the vendor to confirm mid-term changes.
What do I get for the price beyond access to a platform?
All tiers include expert-led vendor negotiation, pricing benchmarks drawn from a database of over 32,000 vendors, and real-time usage analytics. In-house buyers negotiate contracts on your behalf using vendor playbooks. You also get visibility into renewals, spend, and compliance risk across your SaaS stack.
How does the contract pricing work — is each tier a fixed fee or a starting point?
Each tier lists a starting price rather than a fixed total. Your final cost depends on the scope agreed with the vendor and the size of the SaaS portfolio managed. Pricing is contract-based, so you commit to a tier matched to your annual SaaS spend band.

Strategic Procurement-as-a-Service with Robust Workflows and Great Support

What do you like best about the product?
There are a few things I appreciate about Vertice: - it is 'as a service' procurement team - smaller organisations don't need a full-fledged procurement team, and having a service like this is a great way to receive benefits of experience negotiatiors - Vertice look at full picture and take overal company strategy, rather than only looking at individual contracts - the workflow is customisable hence any information we need can be sistematically collected about any new contract / renewal, and approval flows are transparent and robust - if the company imports all the contracts, the platform allows for the entire supplier stack to be in one place - they have really good customer support
What do you dislike about the product?
Dta export can be cleaner in terms of ease of seeing all active contracts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
First and foremost, they are negotiating better commercial and general terms for us that we would on our own. Secondly, but as importantly, they provide a robust and transparent workflow with all the internal approvals baked in.

What do you like best about the product?
Vertice takes the heavy lifting out of contract negotiations by leveraging expert negotiators and benchmarking data, allowing our team to stay focused on higher-value work. It also centralizes all our contracts in one place, making them easy to find and access when needed. On top of that, the platform proactively tracks renewals, so we don’t miss deadlines or risk unwanted auto-renewals and late cancellations.
What do you dislike about the product?
It’s hard to point to any major drawbacks; overall, the platform and the current team working on our account have delivered exactly what we were looking for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Vertice addresses the time-consuming, fragmented nature of vendor and contract management—especially the constant back-and-forth during negotiations, the effort of tracking renewals, and the challenge of keeping everything organized when it’s spread across multiple tools or spreadsheets.
