What do you like best about the product?
The Vertice team have been incredibly helpful and worked to ensure smooth management of our contracts and negotiations. Great communication throughout the whole set up process, Vertice has saved us many of hours of work already and we look forward to seeing the savings roll in.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, the platform is easy to manage and the feedback from users of the platform have been positive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Vertice is our central hub for storing, tracking and managing live contracts. It saves us time and money by tracking renewal dates and ensuring that we are not locked into contracts that are not fit for purpose.

What do you like best about the product?
It has saved us so much time managing new and current contracts. Our procurement manager is proactive and friendly, taking our constraints in consideration and ensuring we get the best deal. The platform is easy to use and the team have been great helping implement and customise the workflows as required.
Having everything in one place has been a big help and means we are able to manage our spend and ensure we are using our softwares to maximise value.

What do you dislike about the product?
Allocation of contract owners/managers could be more user friendly.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mostly saving us time when renewing or procuring softwares by acting as the middle man required to negotiate and finalise spend. Our procurement manager manages the process proactively which means I can focus on commercials rather than timelines/chasing relevant parties. The upcoming tasks and renewals also ensure we don't miss auto-renewal deadlines and we thoroughly review our spend proactively rather than constantly trying to catch up or miss out on better deals due to last minute deadlines.

The onboarding process takes some work but helped us get more organized. We have been pleased with Vertice overall.

SaaS contract organization and managed of contracting that leads to confidence that we are getting the optimal terms and conditions.
A Strong Contribution Worth Highlighting
What do you like best about the product?
Centralised platform to manage SaaS contracts, renewals, purchases, and usage — giving teams a clear overview of their software landscape. And the support is fantastic — it’s rare to encounter such a high level of helpfulness.
What do you dislike about the product?
At first, I found the platform a bit difficult to understand — it felt somewhat complicated to me personally. But I quickly got the hang of it, and now everything works really well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Vertice gives us a comprehensive overview of what we’re paying for each contract, which teams are incurring which costs, and when contracts are due for renewal or cancellation. We now have excellent visibility across the board. The workflows we’ve set up ensure that all purchases are made in a compliant manner.

What do you like best about the product?
We’ve had an outstanding experience with Vertice as our SaaS contract management tool. From day one, Briony (our Account Manager) and Deb (our Procurement Manager) made the onboarding process seamless and stress-free. They’ve been consistently supportive, transparent, and proactive — Vertice did not follow the common pitfall of overpromising during the sales pitch and failing to deliver!
Their approach has already saved our company significant time and money, just a few months in. Every interaction with the team adds real value, whether it’s simplifying procurement, providing timely insights, or helping us optimise our contracts.

If Vertice could add the ability to be able to contact vendors from the platform that would be helpful, to keep contract communication within the platform as opposed to email.

Having all of our contracts in one place, being able to see our SaaS stack in one place, having integration into Xero which highlights nay missing contracts, having SSO integration so we can monitor usage to see if we have too many licenses
Vertice is doing a great job with negotiations and communication with them couldn't be smoother.

I really like their communication, they are always updating us with the progress and definitely listens to our feedback.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any issues with them, just a small remark about calculating savings but like I said they are listening to our arguments on how we should calculate those savings

They are negotiating new and existing contracts and getting lower prices. This benefits us by saving our time and cutting costs.
Reliable way of reducing your SaaS spend
What do you like best about the product?
The fact that they have so much industry knowledge and can based on data tell you what prices you should be able to get. The team is professional and the platform easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
That it does not fully cover all the functions of something like House of Control, would have loved to move all the compliance related tasks in here also.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They shorten the renewal and purchase cycle and get the prices down, the savings are substantial.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Vertice gives us a place to manage all our documentation, displaying upcoming renewals in a clear way so its always easy to know what needs to be focussed on at a glance. Kevin is super responsive, knowledgable and always happy to get stuck in to a new project. This takes a lot of work away from internal management teams , freeing up their time to focus on more strategic work, and often resulting in a better cost / offer from the vendor than would have been achieved without support from Vertice. Cost benchmarking in the platform is useful for lower cost contracts and at early stage investigations.

What do you like best about the product?
Vertice has demonstrated proactivity, professionalism, and flexibility throughout our engagement. Their partnership has felt like an extension of our internal team, seamlessly managing multiple renewals while delivering material savings within the first month. I would highly recommend their services to any organisation seeking a capable and collaborative partner.
What do you dislike about the product?
No note worthy dislikes, there were some bugs on the platform which were swiftly resolved upon informing the Vertice team.
