    What do you like best about the product?
    * No need to be an tech expert, just do drag and drop and build the workflow without any code.
    *It helps to automate the repeated works like sending follow-ups, onboarding the new hirings and updating the Records.
    *It can also connect seamlessly with lots of business apps like Emails, Slack, Salesforce.
    *It works 24*7 and starts simply and can be handle more complex tasks and can be use frequently without any break.
    *Customer support is quite good whenever you needs.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    *It Can perform well if integration with other IBM product in the organization, if it's nowt can be create issue to work seamlessly.
    *It is easy to start but some features can take time to learn.
    *To integrate with the systems you must need IT person help.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    Save time in too much repetitive work like Sending emails, Data Entries, Updating Spreadsheets. Various teams using multiple apps like Emails, CRMs, HR tools so it's hard to sync everything without manual efforts so.

The platform’s flexibility in connecting with tools like Slack, SAP, and Workday makes it ideal for streamlining HR, finance, and operations processes. It empowers non-technical users to build workflows intuitively, making it a practical solution for scaling efficiency without heavy IT dependency.

    While the platform is powerful, the initial setup and learning curve can be steep, especially for teams unfamiliar with AI-driven orchestration tools. The documentation, though thorough, can be overwhelming, and real-time support availability could be improved. Additionally, performance may lag slightly during peak usage or with more complex workflows, requiring occasional manual intervention to maintain continuity.

    IBM watsonx Orchestrate is helping us solve time-consuming manual workflows, especially in HR and operations. Tasks like employee onboarding, report generation, and ticket routing are now automated, reducing human error and increasing productivity.     What do you like best about the product?
    We’ve been using IBM watsonx Orchestrate in our org for about 6 months now primarily to automate repetitive HR and internal IT tasks. The concept of using skills of AI to automate processes is really great and it does save time, especially for things like onboard ticket Genration etc
    What do you dislike about the product?
    Only the setup is complex sometime the setup takes time, and if you’re not already deep in the IBM ecosystem, it doesn’t always play nicely with other tools.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    It helps automate repetitive recruitment tasks like screening resumes, scheduling interviews updating candidate records saving my time, reducing manual errors, and speeding up the hiring process.

    Good as a general ERP and not in edge case scenarios.

    What do you like best about the product?
    I am a marketing manager, and using IBM Watsonx Orchestrate has helped me to simplify and automate the daily marketing tasks.
    I don't have the knowledge of coding, but its integration with Salesforce, Slack and email marketing platforms has helped me to create smooth workflows. Its AI abilities help in better understanding the data easily. This has helped me to scale my marketing operations without having more resources on the same routine marketing tasks.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    The only thing I felt is that it would have been the best if more templates were available for use.
    Also, one has to go through a learning curve to use this. And it can be difficult for low-level executives to go through this process.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    Helps in the streamlining of daily routine tasks, doing those tasks everyday use to take my most of the time,but now I have automated these and my productivity has improved a lot.
