La nouvelle version est beaucoup plus pratique que certains autres outils et que la version WA v1.
Je pense qu'une option de glisser-déposer pour créer le flux serait une bonne fonctionnalité pour une nouvelle version.
Le support client n'est pas bon. Pour toute demande, nous devons ouvrir un ticket avec une vidéo et parfois les vidéos ne sont pas analysées correctement.
C'est un assistant numérique organisé qui aide à automatiser les processus et le flux de travail.
* Cela aide à automatiser les tâches répétitives comme l'envoi de suivis, l'intégration des nouvelles recrues et la mise à jour des dossiers.
* Il peut également se connecter sans problème à de nombreuses applications professionnelles comme les e-mails, Slack, Salesforce.
* Il fonctionne 24h/24 et 7j/7, démarre simplement et peut gérer des tâches plus complexes et être utilisé fréquemment sans interruption.
* Le support client est assez bon chaque fois que vous en avez besoin.
