What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Save time in too much repetitive work like Sending emails, Data Entries, Updating Spreadsheets. Various teams using multiple apps like Emails, CRMs, HR tools so it's hard to sync everything without manual efforts so.

Additionally, performance may lag slightly during peak usage or with more complex workflows, requiring occasional manual intervention to maintain continuity.

IBM watsonx Orchestrate is helping us solve time-consuming manual workflows, especially in HR and operations. Tasks like employee onboarding, report generation, and ticket routing are now automated, reducing human error and increasing productivity. It centralizes process execution, saves hours of repetitive work each week, and allows teams to focus on more strategic initiatives. The benefit has been noticeable in faster turnaround times and more consistent service delivery.

What do you like best about the product?
We’ve been using IBM watsonx Orchestrate in our org for about 6 months now primarily to automate repetitive HR and internal IT tasks. The concept of using skills of AI to automate processes is really great and it does save time, especially for things like onboard ticket Genration etc
What do you dislike about the product?
Only the setup is complex sometime the setup takes time, and if you’re not already deep in the IBM ecosystem, it doesn’t always play nicely with other tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps automate repetitive recruitment tasks like screening resumes, scheduling interviews updating candidate records saving my time, reducing manual errors, and speeding up the hiring process.

I am a marketing manager, and using IBM Watsonx Orchestrate has helped me to simplify and automate the daily marketing tasks.
I don't have the knowledge of coding, but its integration with Salesforce, Slack and email marketing platforms has helped me to create smooth workflows. Its AI abilities help in better understanding the data easily. This has helped me to scale my marketing operations without having more resources on the same routine marketing tasks.

The only thing I felt is that it would have been the best if more templates were available for use.
Also, one has to go through a learning curve to use this. And it can be difficult for low-level executives to go through this process.

Helps massive and large data to analyze at a lightning speed saving useful time.

The amount of data transfers we can make per month is limited to 10 GB, should be increased considering the amount of data we deal with now-a-days.
