One of its biggest strengths is flexibility. We’ve been able to build custom boards for employee onboarding and offboarding, quality control, employee engagement initiatives, project tracking, and recognition programs—all without needing custom development.

The user interface is one of my favorite parts of the platform. Drag-and-drop functionality, customizable columns, multiple board views, and color-coded statuses make it easy to organize complex workflows while keeping everything visually intuitive. Instead of managing projects through long email chains or spreadsheets, our teams can quickly see where work stands, who owns each task, and what needs attention next. Automations have also saved countless hours by removing repetitive manual updates and notifications.
