Overview
Digital Managed Services is a SaaS Subscription Service for managing Applications and Services running on AWS. This is an AI powered offer for monitoring applications thru a combination of CloudWatch, CloudTrail Logging and fully configurable Real-Time metrics collection. At the heart of the solution is the AIOps Management Console (Cumul.OS™) powered by our Cognitive AI engine that automates Issue Classification, Pattern Detection, Response Actions and integration with E-Mail, Call Center systems like ServiceNow and collaboration tools such as Slack.
The offer includes setup, management and 365x24x7 Support of application monitoring, as well as reporting of statistics, topology view and cost analysis via the StreamScape AIOps Management Console. The system provides Alerts, Root Cause Analysis and Corrective Action Recommendations that can advise users in response to anomalies or error conditions. Support for Multi-Region applications is also provided as an add-on capability and includes standard Business Continuity services such as fail-over, fail-back coordination and state monitoring.
Users can add Managed Applications to their Subscription and work with our Site Reliability Engineers to define Application Topology Views, Task Lists, Notifications and Automation Run-books for Resource Management and Reporting. A unit based subscription model lets you control cost and reduce operational risk. Please see our License Addendum for Application Support Services and SLA options included with the offer.
Additional option: Multi-Region Support Services provide additional Durability, Fault-Tolerance and Business Continuity for Applications Managed or Hosted via StreamScape AIOps Services. Applications are set up and deployed across multiple AWS East Regions. AIOps services continuously monitor AWS infrastructure. In the event of regional failure, managed applications and resources are automatically failed-over and restarted if appropriate. Most recovery processors may be automated in response to failure. Coordinated fail-back can be affected when the primary region becomes available again.
Multi-Region Support typically requires duplication of AWS application components in the fail-over region in addition to AIOps Service components and resources. Some services may require additional licensing based on applications being supported. This is handled on a case-by-case basis.

What do you like best about the product?
Streamscape takes too much time to simplify tasks . The advanced functionalities seem daunting. There are no benefits to have some sort of tutorial or guide for these features. The pricing is on the side but the value it delivers is not reliable.
What do you dislike about the product?
The accuracy of data modeling and processing raises doubts. It pales in comparison, to the swift automation process. When compared to methods the data quality derived from automation falls short on accuracy. User interface is bit Confusing
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Streamscape has limited business operations. With its streaming platform it monitors. The problem of reaching a broader audience and engaging with them in real time. This has resulted in heightened brand awareness decreased customer satisfaction. My business growth is decreasing day by day by using this software.

1. Some features are quite complex when we try to use them, a better tutorial or a guide is required for those features. So it we can use them easily.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They helped to analyse and classify the data automatically which reduced the overall time of the process. I can connect to their platform using any language which make things very easy.

What do you like best about the product?
What I love about Streamscape is the feature to manage data and in-depth analysis of data. It saves me time and helps us to make strong queries.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no major downside to Streamscape but there can be some improvements. Its query and analyze feature needs some work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me to analyze my data and automate various processes. It integrates well with our system and other data sources which we use. It also helps us to maintain the quality and accuracy of data.

What do you like best about the product?
The best tool I have ever used for automation. The features like automation transactional processing to memory optimization is really impressive and usefull. We can use these features with automation.
What do you dislike about the product?
The automation is more useful feature in the Streamscape but the Feature is complex to use without any instructions and training. The pricing is also little bit high.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The Manual data modeling, processing has some accuracy and it is slow but the automation is really fast and the data quality which we will get is not accurate as Manual.
