What do you like best about the product?
A clear interface that allows for quick visualization of the state of our infrastructure. It offers advanced display and reporting options, which makes daily monitoring easier. I also appreciate the ability to supervise all of our equipment thanks to the provided extensions. Finally, the support has been effective and responsive during our contacts.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not possible to put nothing, so if something really needs to be criticized, it would be the handling of BAM and MBI, which can be off-putting at first. But once the necessary learning stage is passed, the tool becomes truly powerful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Centreon allows us to have a comprehensive view of the health status of our infrastructure and to detect many incidents before they become real problems. The assistance in diagnosing during serious incidents is also a major asset.

The simplicity of adding assets, as well as enabling polling on Centreon. The capacity of network interfaces with graphs. The uptime duration of equipment (history).

What do you like best about the product?
This plugin pack has been really helpful. It improves my efficiency a lot and makes my workflow smoother overall.

I’ve noticed some bugs in the plugins, such as mbi or map.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps a lot with hardware problems such as high load average or memory issues. It also helps detect problems on the server early, so I can address them before they get worse.
