Pricing
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor, and additional usage. You pay upfront or in installments according to your contract terms with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. Usage-based pricing is in effect for overages or additional usage not covered in the contract. These charges are applied on top of the contract price. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before the contract end date, access to your entitlements will expire.

You buy a fixed block of hours under a contract, choosing from seven prepaid volumes: 50, 250, 500, 1,000, 2,500, 5,000, or 9,000 hours. All tiers unlock the same enterprise features and differ only by the number of hours included. Hours cover real-time captions, subtitles, and audio translations. The platform meters each hour per language and per output type, so one hour of source content in two languages or two output formats draws from your balance multiple times. Larger blocks suit higher volumes of live and recorded video.

Vendor refund policy
We do not issue refunds. Any unused units will be lost at the end of the contract period if the contract is not renewed. If the contract is renewed at the same or higher level all unsed units will be rolled over to the new contract. If the contract is renwed at a lower level 50% of unused units will be rolled over to the new contract.
