AWS Marketplace now accepts line of credit payments through the PNC Vendor Finance program. This program is available to select AWS customers in the US, excluding NV, NC, ND, TN, & VT.
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor, and additional usage. You pay upfront or in installments according to your contract terms with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. Usage-based pricing is in effect for overages or additional usage not covered in the contract. These charges are applied on top of the contract price. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before the contract end date, access to your entitlements will expire.
Additional AWS infrastructure costs may apply. Use the AWS Pricing Calculator to estimate your infrastructure costs.
You buy this platform through a contract with two dimensions. The Rev Cloud Starter Pack is the base package. It bundles 1000 Named Cloud Users, one Medium DME, and implementation into a single contracted unit. This gives you a fixed starting point covering users, delivery capacity, and setup. The second dimension covers additional services outside of the contract. You use it for work or resources that fall beyond what the Starter Pack includes. These two dimensions work together: one sets your committed base, the other handles extra needs billed separately as they arise.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What does one Named Cloud User cover in the Rev Cloud Starter Pack?
A Named Cloud User is an individual account granted access to the platform. The Starter Pack includes 1000 such user accounts. Each person you assign counts as one Named Cloud User. Access controls and permissions let you set what each user can do, such as uploading videos or hosting webcasts.
What is the Medium DME included in the Starter Pack, and what does it do?
The DME is a distribution and media engine tied to the platform's content delivery network. The Starter Pack includes one Medium-sized unit. It handles delivering live streams and on-demand video across your network without bottlenecks. Its capacity is fixed at the Medium size within this contracted package.
What happens when I need more than the Starter Pack covers, such as extra users or capacity?
You use the second dimension, additional services outside of the contract. It bills separately for work or resources beyond what the Starter Pack includes. The Starter Pack sets your committed base of 1000 users, one Medium DME, and implementation. Anything past that is handled through the additional services dimension as needs arise.

VBrick REV Review
Reviewed on Aug 31, 2021
Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to have a secure environment where videos can be shared internally based on many different criteria, the ability to also share videos publically, and their ability to offload all video traffic to on-prem secure servers so that the load doesn't impact the internet speed.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more public capabilities: 1) the ability to securely share videos with clients outside the company. 2) the ability to embed videos directly into social media platforms. As of right now you can only embed a thumbnail, which when clicked, brings you outside the social media platform and opens a REV page to view the video.
I also wish they had more webinar capabilities. I would like to ability to turn off the video and only use presentation and audio webinars. This would allow them to compete with other platforms like Zoom and Webex.
Their prices for cloud storage are very high, and they don't have a built-in abilty to archive or store our content on our own servers. We are currently building some customized features to accommodate these features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
VBrick has allowed us to store all of our videos in one place, share our videos on our public facing website, but most importantly allowed us to securely share our videos internally.

What do you like best about the product?
VBrick has a straightforward interface for both the viewer and administrator. Its cross-platform and intelligent streaming allows all consumers, regardless of location and device to receive live and on-demand video sessions.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've been a customer for six years. In the early years, we experienced a few interface issues. These were either resolved by a quick call to VBrick support or an update from their development team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have many streams coming for different platforms, servers, solutions, and consumers. With the Vbrick platform, we can easily manage these streams regardless of the format and distribute them to the needed consumers while managing network bandwidth and firewall sessions.
