AWS Marketplace now accepts line of credit payments through the PNC Vendor Finance program. This program is available to select AWS customers in the US, excluding NV, NC, ND, TN, & VT.
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor, and additional usage. You pay upfront or in installments according to your contract terms with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. Usage-based pricing is in effect for overages or additional usage not covered in the contract. These charges are applied on top of the contract price. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before the contract end date, access to your entitlements will expire.
Additional AWS infrastructure costs may apply. Use the AWS Pricing Calculator to estimate your infrastructure costs.
You buy AI for Service under a contract, starting with a base price billed per session. From there, you add capability modules priced per session, including Workforce Management, Agent AI, Contact Center AI, Quality AI, and the Interaction Gateway (offered with or without ASR/TTS). Industry-specific options like BankAssist, RetailAssist, and HealthAssist are also priced per session. Outbound alert tasks bill per alert instead. You can provision a non-production cloud environment separately. Enterprise Support is charged per SKU per order. This lets you combine only the modules you need.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as one session for the per-session pricing?
A session is one customer interaction handled by the platform, such as a chat or voice conversation between a customer and an AI agent or human agent. Each capability module you add meters these interactions independently. The Outbound Alert Task module is the exception, billing per alert sent rather than per session.
How do the different modules combine to form my total bill?
You start with the base price per session, then add each capability module you choose, also billed per session. Module charges apply independently and stack on the same invoice. Outbound alerts bill per alert. Enterprise Support bills per SKU per order, and the non-production cloud environment bills separately as provisioned.
What is the difference between the two Interaction Gateway options?
Both bill per session and route interactions across channels. The standard Interaction Gateway includes ASR/TTS, meaning automatic speech recognition and text-to-speech for voice handling. The Interaction Gateway NO ASR/TTS excludes those speech services, suited to deployments that already handle voice conversion elsewhere or use text channels only.
