Add AI driven insights and features to your Titan SFTP server like natural language query for advanced report queries, DLP scanning of documents, document summary, and document analysis
Titan Neo Server adds powerful AI features to your existing Titan SFTP or Titan MFT Server. Use natural language queries for reports, document summarization and chat, data loss prevention scanning, and more. Titan Neo comes pre-configured with the on premise Ollama AI engine but also supports third party AI engines by adding your own API key.
The following AI engines are supported:
Ollama - select any suppoted Ollama model
OpenAI
Google Gemini

Highlights
Generate reports with natural language queries
Use DLP events to detect files that contain sensitive information. Train the AI model to look for things with natural language instructions like "Does this document contain medical information?", or "Are any social security numbers contained in this document?"
Run AI Queries on uploaded documents to extract summaries or key/value pairs to extract information from invoices or reports.

You pay by the hour for Titan Neo Server for Linux, billed only for the time each server runs. Pricing scales with the EC2 instance type you choose to host the software. Each dimension maps to a specific AWS instance size, so the hourly rate rises as you select larger instances with more compute, memory, or GPU capacity. Options span burstable general-purpose instances, standard and memory-optimized families, compute-optimized families, GPU-equipped instances, bare-metal configurations, and high-performance computing instances. You match the instance to your expected transfer volume and workload. No upfront commitment applies under this usage model.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What does one hourly unit cover, and what compute do I actually get for it?
Each dimension bills one running instance of the software per hour, matched to a specific AWS EC2 instance size. The rate reflects that instance's compute, memory, and any GPU capacity. The software needs about a 2.0 GHz multi-core CPU and 8 GB RAM to run.
Am I charged when the instance is stopped or paused?
Hourly software charges apply only while the instance runs. Fully stopped instances stop accruing software charges. Stopped instances may still incur underlying AWS storage fees for attached volumes, but the software licence meters running time only. You pay for what you use.
If I move to a larger instance, does the whole bill change or just the difference?
You select one instance type at a time to host the software. Switching to a larger instance applies that instance's full hourly rate for every hour it runs. There is no blended rate. The change takes effect when you launch the new instance size.

An AMI is a virtual image that provides the information required to launch an instance. Amazon EC2 (Elastic Compute Cloud) instances are virtual servers on which you can run your applications and workloads, offering varying combinations of CPU, memory, storage, and networking resources. You can launch as many instances from as many different AMIs as you need.
