Add AI driven insights and features to your Titan SFTP server like natural language query for advanced report queries, DLP scanning of documents, document summary, and document analysis
Titan Neo Server adds powerful AI features to your existing Titan SFTP or Titan MFT Server. Use natural language queries for reports, document summarization and chat, data loss prevention scanning, and more. Titan Neo comes pre-configured with the on premise Ollama AI engine but also supports third party AI engines by adding your own API key.
The following AI engines are supported:
Ollama - select any suppoted Ollama model
OpenAI
Google Gemini
AWS Bedrock
Azure OpenAI
Highlights
Generate reports with natural language queries
Use DLP events to detect files that contain sensitive information. Train the AI model to look for things with natural language instructions like "Does this document contain medical information?", or "Are any social security numbers contained in this document?"
Run AI Queries on uploaded documents to extract summaries or key/value pairs to extract information from invoices or reports.

If you are an AWS Free Tier customer with a free plan, you are eligible to subscribe to this offer. You can use free credits to cover the cost of eligible AWS infrastructure. See AWS Free Tier for more details. If you created an AWS account before July 15th, 2025, and qualify for the Legacy AWS Free Tier, Amazon EC2 charges for Micro instances are free for up to 750 hours per month. See Legacy AWS Free Tier for more details.
You pay by the hour based on the EC2 instance you run this Windows server on. Fees follow usage, so you only pay for the hours the software runs. The instance types fall into two groups. The T2, T3, and T3a families are general-purpose, burstable options ranging from nano through 2xlarge for lighter or variable workloads. The G5, G6, and G6e families are GPU-accelerated, ranging from xlarge up to 48xlarge for higher-demand processing. Larger instances within a family carry higher hourly rates as compute capacity increases. Choose the instance that matches your workload and scale.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
Am I charged for the software when my EC2 instance is stopped or powered off?
Software fees meter running instance-hours only. A fully stopped instance does not accrue hourly software charges. You may still pay underlying AWS storage fees for the volume while the instance is stopped, but the software charge applies only while the instance runs.
What do I actually get with each hourly instance choice?
Each choice maps to one running EC2 instance of that type. T2, T3, and T3a families give burstable general-purpose compute for lighter or variable work. G5, G6, and G6e families add GPU acceleration for higher-demand processing. You pay for the hours that one instance runs.
What are the minimum compute resources needed to run this Windows server?
The vendor lists pre-configured cloud VM images requiring a 2.0 GHz multi-core CPU and 8 GB RAM. The smaller burstable instance types meet lighter needs, while GPU-accelerated types suit heavier processing. Choose an instance that meets or exceeds these baseline resource requirements for your workload.

An AMI is a virtual image that provides the information required to launch an instance. Amazon EC2 (Elastic Compute Cloud) instances are virtual servers on which you can run your applications and workloads, offering varying combinations of CPU, memory, storage, and networking resources. You can launch as many instances from as many different AMIs as you need.
