Monthly licenses are invoiced in arrears based on the number of active mobile application licenses each month. For clarity, an "active" license is a license that has completed a transaction, which is any kind of job that can be processed on the mobile app, including deliveries, collections, vehicle checks, etc.
This listing uses one pricing dimension: mobile users. You pay per active mobile application license each month, billed in arrears. A license counts as active only when it completes a transaction, such as a delivery, collection, or vehicle check. This means your monthly cost tracks actual usage rather than the total number of licenses you hold. Cost scales directly with how many licenses run jobs in a given month. Idle licenses that complete no transactions do not add to that month's charge.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as one active mobile license for billing purposes?
A license becomes active when it completes a transaction on the mobile app. A transaction is any job the app processes, such as a delivery, a collection, or a vehicle check. Each license that completes at least one job in a month counts as active for that month.
Am I charged for licenses that complete no jobs in a given month?
No. Charges apply only to licenses that complete a transaction during the month. A license that processes no deliveries, collections, or vehicle checks stays inactive and adds nothing to that month's invoice. Your cost tracks the licenses that actually run jobs.
How does the arrears billing work for monthly mobile licenses?
You are invoiced after the fact, based on the count of active licenses during the completed month. Because the charge reflects licenses that ran jobs that month, the invoice measures actual usage rather than an upfront estimate of licenses you might use.
