Monthly licenses are invoiced in arrears based on the number of active mobile application licenses each month. For clarity, an "active" license is a license that has completed a transaction, which is any kind of job that can be processed on the mobile app, including deliveries, collections, vehicle checks, etc.
This listing uses a single pricing dimension based on the number of active mobile application licenses. You pay monthly in arrears, meaning you are billed after each month based on usage. A license counts as active only when it completes a transaction, such as a delivery, collection, or vehicle check. Licenses that complete no jobs in a month are not charged. Your cost scales directly with how many mobile users actually process work each month. This usage-based structure means your bill rises and falls with real driver activity rather than a fixed seat count.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as one active mobile license for billing each month?
An active license is one that completes at least one transaction that month. A transaction is any job processed on the mobile app. This includes deliveries, collections, and vehicle checks. A license that completes no jobs in a given month is not counted or charged.
Can third-party or subcontracted drivers use the app without extra setup?
Yes. A third-party carrier's driver only needs to download the app onto their own smartphone. Any license that completes a transaction that month counts as active and is billed, whether the driver is your employee or a subcontractor.
What happens to my cost if driver activity drops during a quiet month?
Your bill follows real activity. You are billed in arrears based on licenses that completed a transaction that month. If fewer drivers process jobs, fewer licenses count as active, so your charge falls. There is no fixed seat count to pay regardless of use.
