Monthly licenses are invoiced in arrears based on the number of active mobile application licenses each month. For clarity, an "active" license is a license that has completed a transaction, which is any kind of job that can be processed on the mobile app, including deliveries, collections, vehicle checks, etc.
This listing bills through a single dimension: mobile users. You pay monthly for each active mobile application license. A license counts as active only when it completes a transaction during the month. A transaction is any job processed in the app, such as a delivery, collection, or vehicle check. Charges are invoiced in arrears, so you pay after the month based on actual usage. Costs scale directly with how many licenses are used each month. If a license runs no transactions in a given month, it does not count toward that month's charge.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as one transaction that makes a mobile license active for billing?
A transaction is any job processed in the driver app. This includes deliveries, collections, and vehicle checks. Once a license completes any such job during the month, it counts as active. Capturing electronic proof of delivery, signatures, photos, or defect checks all qualify as transactions on the app.
What happens to my bill if a driver takes a month off and runs no jobs?
Charges apply only to licenses that complete a transaction during the month. A license that runs no jobs in a given month does not count toward that month's charge. Because billing is in arrears, you pay after the month based on the licenses actually used.
Does capturing signatures, photos, or vehicle checks add extra charges beyond the license?
No. The single dimension bills per active mobile license. There is no separate charge for the number of photos, signatures, or checks captured. The app stores an unlimited number of pictures. All of these activities count as transactions that make a license active, but they do not stack additional fees.
