What do you like best about the product?
The wide range of features and integrations it offers is a big plus. We can integrate almost all of our daily-use tools and APIs with n8n. And since it’s open source, we can do it at a very low cost. Overall, it helps us make our system more intelligent.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not anything in my mind to dislike but still less documentation and less support on some of the tools integration.

What do you like best about the product?
i like about n8n is i can use deterministic workflows for reliability and AI agents only where reasoning is needed. That’s probably more practical than the “fully autonomous agent” hype everywhere right now
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing n8n can definitely improve is the deployment experience. Building workflows is easy and powerful, but deploying and maintaining n8n in production is still quite complicated.
Setting up Docker, SSL, reverse proxy, Redis, workers, environment variables, and scaling takes a lot of technical effort, especially for small teams or non-DevOps users. Sometimes even small configuration mistakes can break executions or webhooks.
I’d love to see:
simpler one-click deployment
easier cloud/VPS setup
built-in scaling and monitoring
simpler backup & restore options
better error debugging/log visibility
smoother setup for queue/workers mode

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I developed an app to analyze product ingredients. For the backend, I use n8n. In the n8n workflow, I call Gemini to scan the product and analyze its ingredients, then identify which ingredients are harmful and which are healthy, and return the results to the user.

What do you like best about the product?
I use n8n to build AI automations because it solves repetitive tasks, saving time and money. What I like most about n8n is that you can build AI workflows and automations without needing much experience in coding. It's a low-code platform, so you can even create workflows with zero coding experience. Although it requires some initial learning, it is much easier than learning how to code from scratch.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when a workflow receives too much pressure, it crashes. I hope they make their platform able to handle heavy loads.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use n8n to build AI automations that solve repetitive tasks, saving time and money. It helps me create AI workflows without needing much coding experience, making automation more accessible.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the out-of-the-box features of n8n, especially its integration capabilities with the majority of popular software available online. The test executions and the history of executions make debugging really easy. Also, working with the MCP offered as a third-party solution is very straightforward for creating new workflows, particularly with the usage of large language models.
What do you dislike about the product?
Well, until we set up the automated error handling, notifications to Teams, there were occasions where we missed some workflow was working, but then, for example, some API format have changed or new documents have arrived and was not properly handled by our workflows. And then the workflow was dead for a couple of days. So maybe some things about error handling that could be built in, like email notifications. And then the backup solution, we had an opportunity where the virtual machine that hosts n8n was deleted, and then we struggled a little bit with reverting the n8n configuration from the backup.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use n8n for Teams integration, sending alerts and error notifications directly. It also automates invoice processing with OCR, extracting data and syncing with our accounting software, saving time on manual tasks.

Open-Source Powerhouse with Great MCP Integration and a Massive Community

What do you like best about the product?
The best part is that its opensource (which means its almost totally free) and the community modules built around it is massive.. Plus The mcp integration it has is great. I literally connect this with my codex and ask it to build the entire n8n workflow to me and it does amazing job.
The Ui is good but I still like the UI of make.com better than this but overall not much complain here.
Regarding Performance, I self host and use it. I hosted this on a $5 vps of netcup and it works pretty well for my use case and never had a problem. I think there can be problem when there are many tasks in queue and for parallelism but for major tasks, there is no issue at all
The good part of n8n is the community it has. I can find tons of people in reddit and discord to support me when I am stuck in any issue. Onboaridng is also much smoother. I would suggest the first task to do is create an api and connect this with codex/claude code and see the magic happen from there

Make and zapier makes it much easier to connect this with facebook ads but while in case of n8n, its not that easy.
Plus make.com provides a free starter plan to try this out. I wish n8n had some very basic free plan (on cloud) so that it can be easy for beginners to get started with.

I use n8n for many things including automation pipeline and many others. I am in to SEO and advertising business. I find n8n very easy to build ai agents which does my entire content research for me. I have content pipelines, automation pipelines all built in here
This would have literally taken me 2-3 people to do this work before who were well paid and now even though they are still in company, there work is totally automated so they can focus on other work effectively saving me really good amount here
Plus the community around is so huge that readymade templates are available everywhere. I literally search in n8n template library and and take many readymade base template and then modify it for my needs. Made my life much easier
