What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about n8n is its flexibility and developer-friendly approach to workflow automation. Unlike many no-code platforms, n8n provides the right balance between visual workflow building and the ability to write custom JavaScript when more advanced logic is needed. Visual drag-and-drop workflow builder that's easy to understand. Self-hosting option, giving complete control over data and infrastructure. Extensive integrations with APIs, databases, AI models, and third-party services. Support for custom JavaScript code and complex workflow logic. AI agent and LLM integrations for building intelligent automations. For me, the most valuable feature is the ability to combine no-code automation with custom code. I can quickly automate simple workflows while still having the flexibility to implement advanced business logic whenever required. The biggest benefit is increased productivity. n8n reduces repetitive manual work, simplifies system integrations, and enables me to build powerful automation workflows without developing an entire integration platform from scratch.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest drawback is workflow maintainability. As automations grow in size, managing, documenting, and troubleshooting large workflows becomes increasingly challenging. Breaking them into smaller reusable workflows helps, but better visualization and debugging tools would make the experience even better. Debugging complex workflows can become difficult, especially when many nodes and conditional branches are involved. Some integrations require manual API configuration because there isn't always a pre-built node available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
n8n solves the problem of connecting different applications and automating repetitive business processes without having to build custom integrations from scratch. Instead of writing scripts for every workflow, I can orchestrate APIs, databases, AI services, and business tools through a visual interface. Automates repetitive tasks across multiple applications. Connects APIs, databases, CRMs, and cloud services in a single workflow. Reduces manual data entry and minimizes human errors. Supports custom JavaScript for advanced business logic when needed. Enables AI-powered workflows by integrating LLMs and external AI services. In my day-to-day work, I use n8n to automate notifications, synchronize data between applications, trigger API workflows, and build AI-powered automation pipelines. Instead of spending time on repetitive operational tasks, I can focus on improving the workflow and adding new functionality. The biggest benefit is productivity. n8n significantly reduces development time for integrations, automates routine processes, and provides the flexibility to handle both simple automations and complex enterprise workflows from a single platform.

What do you like best about the product?
The multiple options to automate tasks. And being a low-code platform for this, as code nodes open a lot of options to create more efficient workflows and connect to other apps that don't have native nodes.
What do you dislike about the product?
We use the cloud version, and I really dislike the RAM exhaustion when multiple workflows run. Also, the fact that they never clarify how much RAM your instance has. Also, customer service is only available via email, and 99% of the time, they blame you for the issues the workspace has.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Basically, fully automating daily tasks and reports. Even if some are workflows that solve 10-min tasks, I know I can go on PTO without thinking about what I'm going to do with those small tasks.

What do you like best about the product?
The workflow and built-in functionality significantly improve how quickly I can achieve results. The built-in connectors also reduce the need for writing code, which makes the overall process faster and more straightforward.

Nothing much to add, really. It works very well overall, and the AI agents make it easy to add various tools.

What do you like best about the product?
It's open source; workflow templates are easily available, and tutorial videos are on YouTube.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it stops automatically for no reason. There are many other options easily available, and the system/GPU uses much more power for simple tasks.

We gain more free time, increase our productivity, and improve customer satisfaction thanks to quick support and easy tutorials for different software a service we provide.
