AWS Marketplace now accepts line of credit payments through the PNC Vendor Finance program. This program is available to select AWS customers in the US, excluding NV, NC, ND, TN, & VT.
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor, and additional usage. You pay upfront or in installments according to your contract terms with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. Usage-based pricing is in effect for overages or additional usage not covered in the contract. These charges are applied on top of the contract price. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before the contract end date, access to your entitlements will expire.
Additional AWS infrastructure costs may apply. Use the AWS Pricing Calculator to estimate your infrastructure costs.
You buy this through an annual contract sized in blocks of 100 users. Five package options set your baseline: SSO & MFA, Device Identity Management, Cloud Insights, JumpCloud Platform, and JumpCloud Platform Prime. Each covers a different mix of identity, access, and device management, with Prime adding Zero Trust and 24/7 support. You pick the package that fits your use case. If your active user count rises above the contracted amount, a matching per-user monthly overage fee applies for that package. This lets usage scale beyond your commitment without a new contract.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as one billable user for these packages?
Each package is sized per user, in blocks of 100 users. A user is a person account in the directory. Suspended users still count as billable and stay in the system during suspension. So your count reflects all retained accounts, not just active sessions.
What happens if my user count rises above my contracted amount?
Each package has a matching per-user monthly overage fee. If active users exceed your contracted block, that fee applies for the extra users. You keep your existing contract; the overage bills those additional users automatically at the package rate. This lets usage grow without a new agreement.
How do the five packages differ in what they cover?
SSO & MFA covers cloud directory, single sign-on, and push MFA. Device Identity Management adds cross-OS device management. Cloud Insights adds directory reporting. JumpCloud Platform combines identity, access, and device management. JumpCloud Platform Prime adds Zero Trust and 24/7 support. You pick one baseline package per contract.

What do you like best about the product?
It easily houses PCs and Macs in one MDM / Interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
It leaves a lot to be desired. Coming from Intune and JAMF, there are a lot of missing features still in JC. JC is doing a good job of adding new features but it isn't a 1:1 MDM change.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping us slowly move people off of on-prem AD. New laptops are setup in JC only and old laptops are migrating over to JC profiles only.

Intuitive User Management, Needs Improved iPad Reporting
Reviewed on Sep 09, 2026
Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
I like JumpCloud's ease of use and find it very intuitive, which makes performing actions like resetting passwords and assigning devices straightforward. It's easy for new technicians to pick up. The device assignment feature is especially beneficial, allowing me to bind and unbind users without remote access, saving time. Additionally, JumpCloud's remote connection software is a helpful backup if our main remote software is unavailable. As a cloud-based LDAP, it simplifies management and setup for clients, making it more convenient than Active Directory or local accounts. I've also heard good things about JumpCloud's support, which fills in any gaps and assists our team effectively.
What do you dislike about the product?
We still utilize other software suites for other aspects of MDM because there are many things we can't use JumpCloud for. Specifically, we use NinjaRMM for automations, backups, BitLocker key storage, vulnerability patching, and much more. We often have issues with iPads not reporting properly, though we're not sure if it's due to problems with the device or with JumpCloud. When pushing application updates to iPads, they frequently don't go through and give an error, indicating that a user prompt is awaiting interaction, yet the users seem unaware of these notifications. This is a consistent enough problem that we don't think the user is at fault.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
JumpCloud simplifies device and user management with cloud-based LDAP and remote connection tools. It saves time by allowing easy device assignment and user actions without direct access, making new technician onboarding smooth and efficient.
