What do you like best about the product?
MFA that "just works"! No concern or issues with the software.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it kicks me out mid-day, or the authentication fails and I have to close and reopen the app or the page I am trying to log into.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
JumpCloud has the most convenient mobile app with a wall of all the codes I need in one quick, easy to get to place.

What do you like best about the product?
JumpCloud is very easy to use and versatile. You can manage users and devices from a single service, set up RADIUS servers, integrate SSO via SAML, and synchronize authentication across platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
The JumpCloud agent that manages devices frequently go offline. We haven't discovered the reason behind it. But it's easy enough to restart the service/process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Unifying authentication across platforms makes your life easier. That also made an AD infrastructure redundant, saving you countless hours and dollars.

What do you like best about the product?
I use JumpCloud for its ease of use and how straightforward a lot of its features are. It doesn't take a lot of brain power to use, which means I can carry out processes quickly and effectively. It also allows us to provision and monitor users and devices from one platform, keeping everything easy to find and organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the management of local accounts on JumpCloud-managed devices a bit challenging. It would be nice if it were easier to alter or merge local accounts with user accounts, especially when there are duplicates, like the same person having a local account and a JumpCloud-managed account. Currently, this process still feels a little rough. I would also like options to remotely disable local accounts directly from the UI. Additionally, if there were a way to modify or merge the accounts after assigning the user to a device, that would be beneficial too. From what I can tell, a lot of this still needs to be done via background tools, and the syntax tends to vary from machine to machine or OS to OS.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
JumpCloud lets us provision and monitor users and devices from one platform, keeping everything organized. It's easy to use, so I can carry out processes quickly and effectively without much effort.

What do you like best about the product?
JumpCloud is very clear at what it does. It's clear where things are, changes are deploted very quickly, and we can connect almost anything we need to. We get a lot of help whenever we need something from the team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes specific things need a bit much of a workaround, like endpoint certificates for JumpCloud Go where you need a second browser to deploy and install it locally properly. That was really the only issue I experienced,

JumpCloud makes managing laptops extremely easy in terms of application management and compliance

What do you like best about the product?
The best part of Jumpcloud is its all-in-one functionality and the range of tools it provides. MDM, platform, and user management are essential for an IT team, and Jumpcloud includes all of them in one place. Everything is integrated so smoothly that it makes it easier to resolve multiple different issues without jumping between separate systems.
What do you dislike about the product?
A lot of the scripting doesn’t feel very functional or correct. Some of the scripting-related documentation also seems out of date. On top of that, there’s a lot of visual clutter on the screen (tons of things to click and choose from) which can be pretty overwhelming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
MDM, security and SSO requirements, along with user provisioning and deprovisioning.
