What do you like best about the product?
I like that JumpCloud offers a single platform for managing users, devices, and access across different systems. It’s straightforward to use, reliable, and it makes IT administration much simpler overall.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing much to add—overall it’s smooth. Sometimes I used to get a long header issue, but these days (over the past 3–4 months) I haven’t faced it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Single sign-in and proper user role authentication.

I feel the built-in maturity assessment tools to benchmark identity governance practice could be improved.

What do you like best about the product?
The features of JumpCloud that appeal to me the most are its capability of consolidating identity, device, and access management services into one cloud computing platform. The centralization of administration, single sign-on (SSO), multi-factor authentication (MFA), and cross-platform device management services enable efficient management of both users and access control.

JumpCloud addresses the problem of administering user identity, access, authentication, and security from one unified platform for varied systems. The advantages to JumpCloud for users include centralized identity and access management, easy user management, improved security via SSO and MFA, minimized admin workload, and standardized access management for devices and applications.

Easy enough to onboard yourself and the company. Navigation works well enough
What do you dislike about the product?
inconsistency with onboarding experience for new users. Passwords sometimes need to be reset several times, syncing doesn't always work seamlessly on new users. Can be a pain
