This listing offers one pricing option: the Enterprise plan. You buy it as a contract priced per user, per year. A minimum of 100 users applies, so your cost scales with the number of users you enroll. You can customize the number of users and storage for your organization. Billing runs annually under the contract term. Because pricing is per user, adding more users raises your total, while the per-user rate stays the same.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
One user is one individual person with their own Enterprise account. Each collaborator you enroll counts as one user toward the 100-user minimum. Full collaboration requires each person to have their own account. Storage is pooled and customized for the whole organization rather than allocated per user.
Your per-user rate drives the cost, billed annually. Adding users raises your total while the per-user rate stays the same. Storage is customizable for your organization and is not billed separately as its own metric. So user count is the main factor in your annual invoice.
No. People without accounts can share, collaborate, or send files through file request and transfer links. These external contributors do not count as billed users. Only enrolled account holders count toward the 100-user minimum and your per-user charge.

What do you like best about the product?
I find Dropbox really useful for storing and organizing my files. The uploads and downloads are quick, and syncing across devices works smoothly. I also like how easy it is to share files and folders with others. The interface is simple, reliable, and easy to understand, making Dropbox a convenient everyday cloud storage option. I appreciate that the syncing feature allows me to access the same files across devices, and the automatic backups give me peace of mind. I like being able to share folders or large files with others without having to transfer them manually. The initial setup was very easy and straightforward. Creating an account, installing the app, and starting to upload and sync files only took a few minutes. The interface was intuitive, so I didn’t need any technical help or tutorials to get started.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I’d improve is the pricing and storage limits, especially for personal users. Some useful features are also locked behind paid plans. I’d also like the mobile app to feel a little faster when browsing or syncing lots of files. Overall, though, my experience has been pretty smooth.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Dropbox to store and organize files, ensuring they are accessible across devices. It makes sharing large files easy, reduces the risk of losing documents, and eliminates constant manual file transfers. The simple interface and reliable syncing enhance my everyday productivity.

What do you like best about the product?
I like best that Dropbox makes sharing and collaborating simple, reliable, and intuitive. The value feels strong for what we were paying because it saves time, simplifies collaboration, and gives reliable access to files from anywhere. For me, the convenience and productivity benefits outweigh the cost.

One thing I dislike is that Dropbox can sometimes feel less differentiated than it should, especially compared with broader productivity platforms. The core product is strong, but there’s still an opportunity to make the unique value of Dropbox even clearer.
