    What do you like best about the product?
    the UI is quick and responsive and shows everything. The controller allows creation of workflows & monitors and keep credentials in a secure environment. Installation is quick and simple. Customer support is fast and very responsive.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    the documentation about cloud to cloud transfer is lacking details and better explainations/examples
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    we have used other MFT software with poor support. The ability to quickly get help, even recommendations and examples on how to do something has benn greatly appreciate.

    What do you like best about the product?
    Condition based job triggering helped to automate most of the manual operations in our company.
    Reduce manual operational error by automating the job sequence.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    Mail alerts will be triggered as soon as job is delayed/failed/triggered but it is better to have calling function included for better/faster communications.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    In our project, Jobs were triggereing manually from SAP due to runtime restriction/no sequection trigger options by resource.
    By implementing stonebranch the complete process is automated with the help of condition based triggering functionality available in the tool.
    Also results in lot of cost savings as the resource no longer need to work 24*7 for manual trigger.
