Overview
Seshira Community is the free edition of Seshira, a project management and collaboration platform for teams that plan, track and ship work together. It is available only through AWS Marketplace: subscribe at no cost and you are taken straight into your Seshira workspace.
What Seshira Community includes
- Up to 25 members per workspace, with unlimited boards
- Kanban boards with lists, cards, checklists, labels, due dates, assignees, custom card types and dependencies
- Sprints and epics, projects with milestones and Gantt timelines, goals, dashboards and workload views
- Automations for routine board work
- AI assistant powered by Amazon Bedrock that drafts tasks from notes, suggests backlog grooming and writes standup summaries (1,000 AI requests per workspace per month)
- Teams with daily standups, end-of-day reports and email digests
- Docs and wiki pages next to the work they describe
- Invite people to the whole workspace, or only to a team, project or board; outside collaborators see only what is shared with them
- Roles and permissions, private boards and read-only guest links
- CSV import with column mapping to bring work over from spreadsheets and other tools
Seshira's paid plans add more AI usage, custom roles and API access.
Seshira runs on AWS (Amazon ECS, Amazon RDS, Amazon ElastiCache, Amazon S3, Amazon CloudFront, Amazon SES and Amazon Bedrock) behind AWS WAF, with each workspace's data kept separate.
