Pricing
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor, and additional usage. You pay upfront or in installments according to your contract terms with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. Usage-based pricing is in effect for overages or additional usage not covered in the contract. These charges are applied on top of the contract price. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before the contract end date, access to your entitlements will expire.

What do you like best about the product?
In my experience eFax has always worked with no connection issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
I keep switching back to their classic/old system because it is easier to use then their new layout.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Alot less expensive than having an additional phone line.

What do you like best about the product?
Security is solid with encrypted transmission that gives me peace of mind when handling sensitive information. For anyone in a professional field, especially healthcare, this tool is an excellent choice. Incredibly easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a fan of the fax page limits. Charges extra per sheet you are over in the month.

Security eFax offers with encrypted transmission.

What do you like best about the product?
They keep a record of all of our faxes and we can send them digitally.
What do you dislike about the product?
Half the time faxes won't go through, often the website doesn't work and won't let us send a fax, searching for contacts is a nightmare.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
having to have a physical fax machine. It saves space and money.

What do you like best about the product?
It allows us to communicate easily with a section of the Amish community that will use fax but not email. We do not get very many faxes from these advertisers, but we get a fair amount of total revenue. We can send them a pdf of their ad without them needing to have an email account or computer access.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface for sending faxes is a little clunky.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It gives us a method for us to stick to email to communicate even if the client wants to use FAX still.
