This listing offers one pricing option: the Premium plan. You pay per user each year, and you must buy at least 50 users to start. Pricing scales with your user count, so adding more users raises your total annual cost. This is a contract with a yearly commitment. There are no separate tiers or usage add-ons to choose from. You pick the number of users you need at or above the 50-user minimum, and each one is billed at the same per-user annual rate.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as one user for billing under the Premium plan?
Each user is a person on your account with access to send and manage documents for electronic signature. You are billed per user each year. The plan requires at least 50 users, so your starting cost reflects 50 users minimum, even if you add fewer people initially.
How does my cost change when I add users above the 50-user minimum?
Each user is billed at the same annual per-user rate. Adding users above the 50-user minimum raises your total cost by that per-user rate for each new person. There are no separate tiers, so the rate stays the same as your user count grows.
What signing features are included with the Premium plan?
You get legally binding electronic signatures across desktop and mobile devices. The plan includes reusable document templates for common forms like NDAs and offer letters, plus automated reminders to follow up on unsigned documents. Signed files sync back securely to your account.

I mainly use Dropbox to store and share files. It makes it easy to access documents from different devices and share files with teammates without sending large attachments. I also find the file syncing and backup useful for keeping important work files organized. I like most about Dropbox is that it’s simple and easy to use. I can upload files, access them from different devices, and share them with others without much hassle. The syncing is also useful because I don’t have to worry about keeping multiple copies of the same file. It makes my work easier because I can save a file once and access the same file from my laptop or phone without moving it around manually. The syncing also helps make sure I’m working with the latest version of a file. Sharing is simple too, especially when I need to send files to teammates or clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find that the file search could be improved as finding a specific file can take some time with many files and folders. I also wish that sharing and permission settings were simpler to manage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Dropbox to store, share, and access files across devices. It's great for avoiding large email attachments and keeping work files organized through syncing and backup.

Easy Cross-Device Sync for Managing Multiple Projects

What do you like best about the product?
I mainly use Dropbox to organize and share project files, technical documents, presentations, and resources that I need across different projects. What I appreciate most is how easy it is to access the same files from different devices without constantly having to transfer them manually. For someone working on several projects at the same time, especially with large numbers of documents, the organization and synchronization are very useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I would like to see improved is file organization for complex projects. When you have many folders and subfolders, it can become difficult to quickly find exactly what you need. Better project-based organization, smarter search, and more intelligent file categorization would make Dropbox even more useful for professional workflows.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the problem of keeping the same project files available on several devices without manual transfers. I work on several projects at the same time, with a lot of technical documents, presentations and resources, and Dropbox keeps everything in one place and in sync, so sharing a document with someone takes a link instead of an email attachment.

Easy File Storage, Sync, and Sharing Across Devices

What do you like best about the product?
The best part is how easy it is to store, sync, and share files across devices. I also find the file organization and sharing features helpful, especially when working with others or accessing files from different devices.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main downside is that the storage can feel limited, especially when working with large files, photos, or videos. Upgrading to a higher storage plan can also become expensive over time. I have also noticed that syncing large folders can sometimes take longer than expected, particularly with a slower or unstable internet connection.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox helps me keep files organized in one central place and makes it easier to access them from different devices. It also simplifies file sharing with colleagues, so I don't have to rely as much on email attachments or manually transfer large files. This saves time, reduces duplicate files, and makes collaboration more convenient.

Dropbox makes file storage, sharing, and collaboration incredibly simple and reliable. Its intuitive interface, seamless synchronization across devices, and easy file-sharing capabilities help teams work efficiently, access documents from anywhere, and stay productive without worrying about version control or data accessibility.

Large file synchronization can occasionally be slow depending on network conditions, and some collaboration and administrative features are only available in higher-tier plans.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox solves the challenge of securely storing, syncing, and sharing files across multiple devices and teams. It benefits me by providing easy access to important documents from anywhere, simplifying collaboration through shared folders and file links, reducing version-control issues, and improving overall productivity through reliable cloud storage and seamless file management.

What do you like best about the product?
It’s a very convenient cloud-based way to store and share files within an organization, or even with specific individuals you invite. You can share files with the right permissions, and benefit from its security features that help keep your files protected. I can also say it’s user-friendly software, with integration that connects to your other accounts like Google, etc. Its intelligent features make sharing and storing files faster and more straightforward. It performed well for business or group sharing, It has a free basic subscription can store up to 2gb, but for some who uses more storage the pricing starts at $9 is somehow higher from what I can see, but because of the support system, I can say that its reasonable price for the subscription.
What do you dislike about the product?
The limitation of the storage for the free basic subscription. But aside from that I haven't encounter any problem using it and getting support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solve the problem for file storage and sharing, the convenient of its user friendly features. This is really helpful for personal and business use
