Continuous support consists of both product configuration and technical support. scrut automation helped Bargain tech in enabling all the controls and requirements to fulfill the audits of ISO 27001, SOC2.

Scrut has been a huge help for us throughout our ISO 27001, HIPAA and GPDR certification process. Their customer success team is very helpful and patiently guiding us step by step throughout the process.
What do you dislike about the product?
User experience of the platform can be further enhance to make things easier to navigate and understand. It takes some time to understand how to use their platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scrut helps streamline our compliance process by centralising all of our policies, vendor security and privacy assessment, risk management and also trust center. This allow us to engage with our own clients easier and shorten the time needed to fulfil our clients security and privacy assessment process.
