What do you like best about the product?
I love how Scrut Automation has streamlined our compliance process, making it incredibly efficient and structured. The setup was seamless, thanks to a detailed walkthrough and a well-organized project plan. The tool’s integration and automation features are extremely helpful, automatically fetching evidence from systems like Google Workspace, AWS, and Jira, and mapping them to relevant controls. This eliminates the need for manual uploads, saving us a significant amount of time. I appreciate the automated reminders and task assignments that ensure nothing is overlooked during audits. The strong automation capabilities, intuitive interface, and responsive customer support of Scrut Automation make it a valuable asset for managing our security frameworks SOC 2 and ISO 27001:2022. It has truly become a one-stop solution for our compliance needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel that adding more customization options in dashboards and reports would improve Scrut Automation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Scrut Automation to streamline my compliance workflow, automating policy management and evidence collection, which has become a one-stop solution for SOC 2 and ISO 27001:2022 compliance. Its integration and automation features improve efficiency and ensure nothing slips during audits.
Affordable and User-Friendly, Trust Vault UX Could be improved
What do you like best about the product?
The price was very good and the setup process was straightforward. Easy to manage and update things. The support is good.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UX for trust vault could be better. It's not sleek but it's gonna be customer-facing so the UX is important.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're a b2b Saas startup, they solved our compliance problems at a reasonable cost without any particular issues (ISO, SoCII, GDPR)

They have a great foundation for capturing evidence, employee training, and the team has been very knowledgeable in helping our team understand and create policies, and completing the requirements.

Some fetuares are limiting/out of our control.

Certain features can take a while to appear on the portal after being updated. This delay can be noticeable at times.

Throughout my entire experience, I haven't found a single aspect of Scrut that I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I no longer need to manually check the list of compliances to see where I am not compliant. The system provides a complete report, showing me exactly what I need to address and what I am already compliant with.
Makes it very easy to get and manage compliance

Clear instructions around adding evidences, automated tests for cloud compliance, pre populated template for polocies.

Cloud tests are sometimes outdated and not able to capture the entire information from the cloud.

The automation features significantly reduce manual effort, while the dashboards give real-time visibility into compliance status. I particularly value the proactive alerts, easy integrations, and the strong support team that ensures quick resolution of queries. It helps streamline audits and saves a lot of time during evidence collection.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI could be improved for better usability. At times, employees miss completing one task and end up overlooking others. Pending tasks are not very prominently displayed, which makes it easy for them to be missed. Enhancing task visibility and reminders would improve the overall user experience
