What do you like best about the product?
I like that Octave Attune EAM keeps all maintenance information in one place, making it easy to track work orders, equipment status, preventive maintenance, and maintenance history. I appreciate how it improves organization and follow-up, which helps the team respond faster and reduce equipment downtime. The system being straightforward to configure made the initial setup relatively easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find that the user interface is not easy to navigate, and I wish it had more customizable dashboards and reports. Some tasks can take several steps, which can be cumbersome. Also, improving system speed and mobile usability would be helpful.
