What do you like best about the product?
I really like how Octave Attune EAM helps to unify different systems and processes, reducing manual processes and improving coordination of information. It is also very easy to set up, which I appreciate. Additionally, I love using Octave Attune EAM exclusively, as it effectively manages the physical access and maintenance operations within one centralized system.
What do you dislike about the product?
Ease of user navigation could be improved, and I think having some tutorials would be really helpful. Video tutorials or guided assignments would be nice to have.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the preventive maintenance scheduling and centralized asset history of Octave Attune EAM. It's great to track every work order, part replacement, and inspection against specific equipment in one interface, which creates clear audit trails and significantly reduces unexpected downtime. I also find the PM scheduling module impactful, with its ability to configure both fixed calendar routines and condition-based triggers, allowing automatic dispatch of work orders with attached checklists and required spare parts lists.
What do you dislike about the product?
The initial configuration and learning curve can be steep for non-technical users. Because it's an enterprise-grade platform with deep functionality, setting up custom workflows, fields, and permissions requires substantial onboarding time. The primary drawback is the steep learning curve during the initial rollout. Because the system is feature-rich, configuring custom workflows, permission structures, and asset trees requires dedicated administrative effort, and field technicians needed several guided training sessions before feeling comfortable with day-to-day navigation.

What do you like best about the product?
I find the initial setup of Octave Attune EAM to be very easy and straightforward. There was nothing complicated to interfere with getting started and understanding how to use it.

The user interface can sometimes feel slow or laggy when loading large asset datasets or running complex reports

Complex Setup & Configuration: Initial data migration, asset hierarchy mapping, and aligning legacy workflows require significant technical effort and often specialized IT of which I have a background in electrical engineering. App & Sync Limitations: The mobile experience for field personnel can feel slower than the web application, with occasional performance lag or synchronization friction during offline site work.

What do you dislike about the product?
