    What do you like best about the product?
    What I like best about Creatio is its low code platform and flexibility. It allows organizations to automate workflows, manage customer relationships, and build business applications with minimal coding. The interface is intuitive, and the drag and drop tools make it easier to create and customize processes without requiring extensive development effort. I also appreciate how it combines CRM, workflow automation, and business process management in a single platform.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    One area that could be improved is the learning curve for advanced customization and administration. While the platform is user friendly for basic tasks, configuring complex workflows and integrations may require additional training. Some features can also take time to fully understand for new users.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    Creatio solves the challenge of managing disconnected business processes and manual workflows. It centralizes customer data, automates repetitive tasks, and streamlines operations across departments. This helps improve productivity, reduce manual effort, and increase visibility into business activities. For me, it makes process management more efficient and allows teams to focus on higher value work instead of administrative tasks.
